About the Property
Unit is a beautiful, luxury three story town home ocean block located in the center of Dewey Beach. The 2nd floor was renovated in 2016 with new flooring, counter tops, cabinets, bathroom and apliances.
Location is central and there is at most a ten minute walk to any of the Dewey Beach restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
This is an end unit in the Blue Surf townhome group. Decks on the front of the unit have Ocean views. There is a 100 ft. walk to the beautiful, guarded, Dewey Beach.
The unit is three stories, a total approximately of 2600 square ft. affording a generous space for your family. Multiple balconies with views of Atlantic Ocean. There are three bed rooms on the top floor with one master suite (queen bed). Two other bedrooms (one room with twin beds, one with a trundle bed) share a hall bath. Two large bed rooms on the first floor (both with twins). There is a hall bath on the first floor. Three of the bed rooms have LCD TVs. The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. There is a half bath off the kitchen. The Living room has comfortable overstuffed seating, and a 50 inch HD LCD.
There are two parking spaces per unit; and one street seasonal parking pass is available. Outside shower head for clean-up and removing sand.
You must be at least age 30 to rent this property. This is set up for a family, or a multiple family rental in a quiet town house complex.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dewey Beach. The accommodations were excellent! Very comfortable and you cannot beat the location! The property owners were extremely helpful in making these Texans feel welcome in Delaware. The townhouse was very large and exceeded our expectations. We hope to go back very soon!

Our 3-generation family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I grew up with the Delaware beaches and now that I live in New Mexico was really looking forward to the ocean. Dewey Beach is low-key and not crowded but convenient to both Rehobeth and Ocean City. The condo was everything you could ask for. It was clean and well equipped and you just walk out the door a few steps to the beach. The setup of the bedrooms was great. The kids on the bottom floor and adults on the top!

Our three-generation family found this townhome answered our every need. We loved being so close to the beach. The way the bedrooms are set up, everyone had a quiet, private place, while one floor was our communal living area. Our daughter-in-law made a couple trips to a grocery close by in the car, and we drove to one restaurant for a family dinner, but my husband and I parked our car on the Saturday of our arrival and didn't start it again until we left the following Saturday. To me this is the definition of a great beach vacation. We hope to return to this same location next summer.
This is an excellent unit with several bedrooms and beds to accommodate families or groups of friends. Literally less than 100 yards to the beach. Neighbors are great people as well. Unit is excellently decorated and comes fully furnished ready to go!
Came here with 8 other young women and had a great time! 3 floors and several bathrooms so everyone had space. The unit has great amenities and is a quick walk to the beach and all of Dewey beach. Food, beach, bars, and groceries all less than a block away! Would definitely recommend for any large groups or family and hope to return for a future stay!
We love this unit and have stayed the last two summers running with multi-generational family. Literally steps from beach so each for bathroom breaks, lunch, etc. Breezy balconies for those who don't want to hit the beach. We have cooked colossal dinners in the well-stocked kitchen and many good grocery store choices less than 10 minutes away. Tip--rent chairs from the beach concession for the week so you don't have to carry them back and forth.
We stayed at this property for a week at the end of Aug, 2016. The house is exactly as described in the listing. The house fit our large group perfectly - the bedroom/bed lay out was ideal for our group. Plenty of bathrooms, which is key for a large group! The house is steps from the beach, which makes it very easy to pop back for lunch or to grab a snack. The owner is very responsive to emails - he quickly responded to any email I sent. Our group is 100% planning to come back in summer 2017!
My girlfriends and I stayed at this house over labor day and it was perfect for our group. The middle floor offered a spacious layout to gather, while bedrooms provided privacy on the 1st and 3rd floors. The location is convenient; close to beaches, restaurants and bars. The owner was responsive through the whole process. I highly recommend this property!
