We've been renting in this area for over 30 years and this was the best landlord/owner we've ever encountered. The place was well maintained, air conditioned, comfortable and had a huge yard. Big back deck with enclosure to keep you protected and a great outside shower to rinse off or take a complete shower after a long day at the beach. Nice private road where even our 7 year old granghild could safely ride a bike and keep active. The best part is that they didn't lock everything up and openly invited you to use it. They wanted you to enjoy a little piece of their heaven. The Hunters
The home was exactly what we were looking for. Big yard, lots of space inside and outside. Close to the beach. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Host was very pleasant and responsive.
Wonderful property, super-responsive owners, so convenient to all the attractions of RI, and close to the beach as well.
This was the fifth year in a row that we rented this house for our summer vacation. Great fenced in backyard for the kids to play in. Super close to the beach. Owners are very responsive if there’s ever an issue. We love it and will be back next year.
