Fam Reunion Paradise, Huge 9 bedrm, 9 bathrm Luxurious Estate, incl 5 suite

This property was amazing for large groups and fit our family so perfectly. With so many bedrooms There was space for everyone to feel comfortable yet large common rooms for us to enjoy each others company. The location was perfect for that mountain town feel. Highly recommend!

If you think reading the description and seeing the pictures that this is a nice place to stay, you are in for a big surprise. It is even another level once you enter the house. Very clean home, full of amenities and worth every penny. Words will fail to describe this home, you just have to book it and enjoy it. We will be going back, guaranteed!

Bella Vue, was a great place for our family reunion.....Plenty of space, great kitchen, easy to get to. Beds were comfy, TV's everywhere. The only down fall, afternoon sun, was blinding, and there were no cutians to block the sun. I would definitely recommend this home. We hope to come back next year!

Clean, well furnished throughout the house, and the kitchen amenities were great. This property was perfect for our extended family size of 15-20. The second floor area with the large kitchen, several dining areas, and living area(s) made it great to have either a unified gathering or small separate gatherings without it being too noisy. We lived in this area! The other floors with separate bedrooms make it great for individuals or family units to retreat and chill out.

We had the best time staying here. It was perfect for our large family reunion. Lots of bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The house was very clean—I’m a clean freak and I was impressed. The owner came out and spent many hours at the house fixing the internet one day when it stopped working—super nice. It was perfect for us. The only downside is there are a lot of stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Jim was very responsive to early questions and handled everything in a very professional and friendly manner. We had no issues with the property or policies at any time before/during/after our stay. I highly recommend this to anyone considering it. The location was great, with easy access to the heart of Flagstaff or any of the other local attractions, like the Grand Canyon, Sedona, or any number of outdoor activities. The park right next door was a big plus for us since we had a gaggle of younger kids. The two kitchens were a boon when it came to making an enormous Thanksgiving dinner, not sure how we would have done it with anything less! The layout took a little getting used to with no bathrooms on the main floor and a quirky downstairs layout, but nothing we didn't get used to quickly. Everything worked pretty seamlessly except we had a couple Wifi drop outs that were disruptive for TV and some of the bedroom furniture downstairs could use repair. But let me stress this is very minor and we all absolutely loved our stay. Thanks so much, Jim! Paul

We had a large group reserve this property and were absolutely blown away by this residence. When mentioned that the photos don’t do justice, they weren’t kidding. This property is amazing and I would highly recommend any large group to rent this VRBO. Jim was also very kind and understanding as our group did have noise complaints (Sorry again Jim). Overall though the experience was awesome and we couldn’t of been more happy with our stay. Thanks Again! Jon Hardwick

Its a good place to stay, the house has everything you need I recommended, the ubication Ia perfect too.

The house was lovely and very well appointed. The design is perfect for large groups with cozy nooks throughout. The kitchen has almost everything (we did source a drip coffee maker, as keurigs are ok but not for a crowd) The location is wonderful with the park and walking trails adjacent. Jim was great to deal with and we would not hesitate to recommend/rent this house again.

This property just does not disappoint. Great service all around and you just cannot help but take in the luxurious inside and the beautiful wooded surroundings. Everybody had a wonderful time and we sure will be back!

We have had a wonderful vacation here! We’ve experienced all the site seeing in the area. The house accommodated all of us w room to spare. (13.....with 5 kids) We cooked, played games. Shot pool. I highly recommend for large families!

Beautiful location; interesting house with lots of room for large group. Plenty of bath towels but stingy with kitchen towels. Some concern because some bedrooms were lacking smoke alarms. Needs a regular coffee maker; Keurig doesn't work well with large group.
