On the island Townhouse at Nautical Estates

I've stayed at this condo a few times over the last season. It is a perfect location, on the island, and only a block away from the Nautical Inn. The complex is gated, so it's safe for boat parking. The condo is very nice inside. Nice tile flooring, comfortable beds, and a neat game room upstairs with a TV. You can park on the street directly in front of the unit, which is also very convenient.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our three month stay at 309 Nautical Estates. The private patio area was the nicest one in the Nautical Estate complex. The Condo itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The Owner was expecially helpful if we had any questions. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to renting it again when we return to Lake Havasu City.

This place is perfect for your Havasu weekend get away, close to launching, food and fun. Beautiful rooms with nice comfortable beds, perfect to come home to after a long day on the lake. This condo is roomy and cozy, the only unit with a nice little court yard & BBQ perfect for light entertainment! It comes equipped with everything your going to need...just bring food and your set. We will defiantly stay here again!

This is a great place to stay in Havasu. It is close to the Marina and the Nautical Inn. The home itself is very nice with many nice amenities. The owner is very easy to work with. I will definitely stay here again.

This Condo was everything we could have asked for and more. From the initial communication with the owner to the amenities of the home, everything was first class. We were able to park our vehicle and boat right in front of the condo, making the stay that much more comfortable. Only minutes away from the Lake Havasu Marina and the golf course, this clean and well maintained property will go to the top of our places to stay when getting away for a weekend to the river.

We recently stayed at the Nautical Estates and this place was everything we could ask for! Definitely better than getting a hotel. It was close enough to London Bridge, "the channel", and everything else you could need like grocery stores, gas station and dining. Ric the owner made everything easy as far as booking arrangements and was also very attentive to any questions or concerns I might have had prior to the trip. My family loved it! The beds were comfy and the place was very tidy and well kept! We would definitely stay again. Thanks Ric!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Much better than the condo we stayed at last time which was all on one level. The two-story configuration gave plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We'll most certainly consider it again for our next stay.

This is the second time Ive rented this property. The owner is very easy to deal with. The condo has a great front patio with a bbq, table and chairs. It is very close to the pool also. I highly recomend renting nautical estates 309

We usally stay at hotels while visiting Lake Havasu but I thought we would give renting a condo a try. It was nice because we just bought a boat and the property was gated so we felt very secure that our boat was totally safe. The location was awesome, boat ramp was within minutes from the condo. We were able to prepare breakfast, lunches for the day and dinner. The condo was very clean and well kept and very well furnished. The kitchen has just about everything you could possibly think of and the BBQ was just perfect. We will, without a doubt, return to this property in the future. Working with Rick made this so easy, he answered all my questions and the payment/deposit transaction between myself and Rick went very smoothly. Thanks Rick, you made our first outting with our boat just perfect.

We had an awesome stay here! Ric was very helpful and easy to work with. The condo location is perfect, right near site six launch ramp (free to launch your boat!). The condo was fully stocked and very comfortable. We also got to use the pool and hot tub, nice perk. Ample parking for boats was a big plus for us.

Great place! We got to meet the owner and he was very nice! Not far from launching area, great place to stay.

Great location. Great place. Worked great for our baseball tournament weekend. Easy access to see the Boat parade as well.
