About the Property
| Our condo is an open-floor plan design for easy socializing between the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen banquette has seating for 3 people. The living room overlooks the Bay of Banderas. For the best panoramic views, access the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom. The master suite has a king size bed, TV with Blue Ray, a writing desk and a full bath with double sinks and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, which has views of the Sierra Madre foothills, has twin beds that can be put together to make another king sized bed and also has a Smart TV. The guest bathroom is accessible from this bedroom or the main living area. |
Unique Benefits
My late husband and I were thrilled when we heard about a condominium complex to be built where the River Quale meets the Bay of Banderas. It had a beautiful white sand beach and lots of open space and, at that time, was a more quiet end of the beach. Having stayed in many different locations over our years of travel to Puerto Vallarta, we knew this location was where we wanted to be. The resulting Villas Vista del Sol is a beautifully maintained complex and is the heart of Puerto Vallarta; close to dining, art galleries, beaches and shopping!
Aside from the great central location, there is nothing so special as sitting on the balcony watching the sun set every evening. The sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep and the sound of the vendors and birds wake you each morning. What could be better?!

Payment Policies
| Non- Refundable 25%
2nd Payment - 2 weeks before they arrive
Cancellation Policy - The initial deposit of 25% paid at the time of rental is non-refundable. If you have remitted the balance due and you must cancel your reservation, 50% of the balance due amount will be refunded. Also, I rent Saturday to Saturday only during the high season. Other arrangements may be made during the slower months of the year ONLY after discussion with the owner.

Excellent location, furnishings (however, need more than one hand towel in bath and alert that you must bring beach towels) Owner easy to deal with.
A few suggestions: other units have smart TVs with Netflix.. the tiny tv in second bedroom is kind of useless... minor issues... beautiful condo.. best view
Beautiful views. Walking distance to all the great restaurants.
Imagine pristine views and outstanding accommodations in this penthouse level condo . Walk anywhere to try foods that are delicious and even entertainment if you wish. We always come home happy and fortunate that we found such a gem. We always have felt safe and find the culture very kind and love the creative finds that we bring home. This beautiful condo has the best balcony and view Puerto Vallarta has to offer! The inside is equally nice. This year the owner updated both bathrooms and bedrooms. The condo is decorated beautifully, very comfortable and well equipped! All the conveniences of home in the wonderful setting high above the beach! We stayed two weeks this year and loved every minute of our stay! Treat yourself!

Excellent property, top floor, magnificent view of beach and ocean, situated in the heart of Old Town, beautifully appointed, well equipped and maintained, great pool and barbeque area on roof, close by food and beverage stores, very good local on site management.
The new renovations just make it even better!
Great trip! The experience was awesome. Our room had an amazing beach front view. It is fully loaded with TVs, A/C, full kitchen and one floor awsy from the rooftop pool. I highly recommend.... thank you
