About the Property
Seven Gables is located in the exclusive and pristine area of the Fallen Leaf Lake Lodge Properties. This lake cabin home for rent is exquisitely decorated, and has a gourmet kitchen with a seven-burner Bertazzoni Range and granite counter tops. A mission style table accommodates up to 10 diners. And there are tables on the deck overlooking the lake for dining and a large Gas BBQ on the breezeway. A truly magical setting! 2015 features Streaming Internet for our guests only! Amenities include a central vacuum and a dish TV. Come and enjoy this comfortable and stylish getaway. We have upgraded our kitchen and downstairs bedroom and bath for the 2007 season. The weekly rate has stayed the same for the last 4 years. Fallen Leaf Lake Cabin Rental: We are located near to the Historic Camp Richardson Resort. We are also walking distance to Stanford University Summer Campus. Our home is designed to be rustic yet contain all the creature comforts you may need during your stay. Fallen Leaf is a very special part of the Historic Lake Tahoe experience. Hikes include trips to the Livingstone Waterfall and the Historic compound of Glen Alpine Springs. |

We had a beautiful week at Seven Gables with our family. The location and layout of the house is perfect. We enjoyed meals on the deck, and stargazing at night. Hiking into the Desolation Wilderness is right up the street! Thanks for sharing your beautiful property.

This home is great. The view from the deck is amazing and we enjoyed dinner on the deck every night. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout of the house was great for two small families.
Amazing house, lots of room. Many of the places near the Marina at Fallen Leaf Lake don't have a good view of the lake, but Seven Gables has a perfect view of the lake from the deck. Great location, great house, and everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
Really lovely home with plenty of space to hang out as well as an amazing view of the lake. The kitchen and facilities were overall very nice and we were close to the trails. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the spring.
The owners of this property seriously thought of everything you would ever need for a nice relaxing vacation. Fully appointed kitchen with every dish, pot or pan you'd ever need, wireless music through out the house, and a dream home to stay in. We will definitely be coming back here.
Jim and Alexandra made our stay at their Fallen Leaf home a breeze. The power went out briefly one morning, then Jim and Alex proactively reached out to us and the power company to give us status updates. The house has fast internet, comfortable beds, and a great kitchen perfect for cooking. Would stay again!
This clean and cozy house was perfect for an impromptu trip out of range of the Camp fire. The furniture is comfortable. The view is as good as the photos suggest. The owners are quick to respond and very helpful. Alexandra called the carrier and bumped the wifi speed for us so we could work easier. We had a great time!
