Private Home On 100 Wooded Acres Only 15 Minutes From Saratoga And Lake George

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Bannon mountain is great place to relax and have fun. The cabin is awesome! The bedrooms were nice in size, the kitchen has everything you need, and the main room is just fantastic. The views from the deck are just amazing, and we set out there every night star gazing and enjoying the fire pit. The property itself is just never ending, with Cricket lake being the additional bonus. Cricket lake is just such a relaxing place to go, and if you are patient and quiet, you will see enough wildlife there as well. Joe is very helpful and communicative, as is Kenny. Overall we had a fantastic week, and we are considering going back next year or the year after! Thanks Joe!

Terrific host and a terrific property. House and bunk house are most comprable to a cabin setting. Everything on the property exceeded our expectations. Swimming pool, tennis court, golf pitch and put, walking trail, beautiful lake with many activities available... $15 - $20 Uber ride to Saratoga Springs. We're 8 friends average age of 40. Everyone was in agreement to book here again next summer.

Bannon’s Mountain was the perfect getaway, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Our group had a blast playing volleyball down by crickett lake and swimming out to the float. So much to do on the property we never even went into Saratoga.

My group had a great time playing basketball and hanging down by the pool. Great views from the deck along with the fire pit. You really don’t have to leave the property so much to do. We didn’t even get to explore all of it.The house is great, huge main sitting area and a great sun porch on the back. A lot of space to sleep big groups.It’s only about 20 minutes to downtown. Would highly recommend any age group staying here it’s perfect. -mike

The property at Bannon's Mountain was just wonderful. I went up there with about 10 of my friends for a girls' weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner plus the pool area was nice and the bedrooms were comfortable. Joe was so kind throughout and made the process so easy. Just an Uber ride away from Saratoga! Will definitely be returning.

We had the absolute best time celebrating our parents' 40th wedding anniversary at Bannon's Mountain. The house is the quintessential Adirondack-style getaway house, set on a gorgeous property with plenty to do. There really isn't much reason to leave the grounds, except to go check out the adorable town of Saratoga. We spent most of our time playing cards, enjoying the view, swimming in the pool, and playing tennis on their awesome court! The host could not have been more responsive and accommodating, and we felt truly lucky to have gotten to experience such a special place. We will be back!

Bannon's Mountain is the perfect cabin getaway! We had a large group of 10 adults and 6 children. We spent most of our time at the pool, playing tennis, and roasting marshmallows. The cabin had everything we needed - towels, linen, pool toys, kitchen utensils, etc. and there is so much to do on the property itself, we didn't feel like we needed to go into town to be entertained. The grocery store is only a 20 minute drive. There are two grills, two firepits, and two fridges! Kenny and Joe are very responsive and helpful. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Our three generation family of 16 had a wonderful time at Bannon’s Mountain. We all, including eight grandchildren, ages 1-8, loved the outdoor spaces. The kids especially enjoyed their time at Cricket Lake. We were glad that it was a little hike down there via the driveway and Tucker Trail, or we would have had to worry too much about the kids. The tennis court and pool ( bracing, a pool cover would be helpful) also received a great deal of use. We appreciated the ample supplies, including foil, baggies, etc. Distances to locations were much shorter than the APP on our phone said as it counted on you walking to the road from the house! We had a fantastic visit

Where to start? I have done a fair amount of house rentals through VRBO and Air BnB , and this was easily one of my all time favorites. I organize a college reunion for about 15-20 people each year and we stayed at Bannon Mountain this year, and it was perfect. Joe & his friends are *incredible* hosts. So helpful, warm and responsive. They clearly genuinely enjoy sharing this property with others, and Joe went so far above and beyond to make sure this weekend worked out for us. We spent an awesome weekend drinking beers by the pool (outdoor fridge!!), playing tennis, lawn games, swimming at the lake, making smores, and when we got a bit of rain we switched to playing board games and watching the best rainbow I have ever seen. The property is well maintained, gorgeous, with plenty to do and we could not have asked for better. We absolutely hope to return!

The property was perfect for our group gathering. We enjoyed everything, the tennis court, pool, pond and the fire pit! It was perfect!!
