Mon-Thur SPECIAL $175 per nite

Our three families get together around New Year's every year and this year we rented this vacation house for three nights to celebrate. We had children all ages 5 or below and felt very comfortable in the house with them. The house feels very friendly to children. The bedrooms were very nice. It was winter time and we ended up having a winter storm while we were there. The owner was incredibly helpful and replied very quickly when I would email. When the freezing rain and sleet was falling, I emailed her that we didn't have any ice melt and she sent someone out right away to bring some for us. The kitchen was a little small but it was open enough that we were able to have a few of us cook meals at one time. The appliances were all very nice. The Jacuzzi was definitely a plus. Even though none of the adults really got to use it, the children thought it was great and called it the "swimming pool." It was great and hope to return.

Four ladies stayed at this cozy home. The beds were very comfortable (except the twins). Bedrooms were spaced far enough apart to give each lady her own privacy. Loved the layout of the home. It was very clean with plenty of amenities. Three full baths, so no waiting for other ladies. Kitchen stocked with nice selection of utensils and pans. Nice to see that they provided coffee and tea for the guests. Plenty of great games to play. We will definitely stay here again!

Plenty of space for an affordable price and in a great location. AC wasn't working when we got there but they had someone there within an hour and fixed it promptly. I highly recommend this rental! We had a great time!

Fantastic! All our family really loved the house. It was what hoped it would be and much more. This was the most fully stocked homes we have ever rented. Just about every thing you could think of was there for you. If we travel to the area again we would certainly return to this property.

This was a great house and a perfect fit. We spent thanksgiving weekend at Galena and needed to accommodate the in laws as well as the kids. The kids had their own bedroom with games and each set of in laws had their own bedroom. The master bedroom was very large. The house looks small on the outside but it was a perfect size on the inside. After a long day shopping and visiting downtown it was nice to have the space for each of us to relax. We took advantage of the cozy fireplace. The place truly lived up to its name. We will definitely visit again in the future.

We loved the house and the location! The pool is great, and we saw the rodeo! So fun!

Our family enjoyed the house, very spacious. It had board games for the entire family to play, great views of the territory's awesome fall colors and plenty of wildlife. The property has an apple tree and during Sunday morning 2 deers came by to eat them. Will definitely recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay! Spacious house with plenty of room for our family. Host is easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the pool, game room and pickleball courts at the owner's club. Was nice to have a yard to play games in. A short drive into downtown Galena to visit the shops. Had a great time and would recommend this property to others!

From the time I entered into the front door, I knew the experience would be wonderful. Spacious accommodations along with modern amenities, the stay afforded my family a luxurious and comfortable get away. After a long day out, coming back to the house was like coming home! We were pleased with being able to kick back and relax, and having the option of being able to make a home cooked meal with the fully stocked kitchen utensils, as well as being able to drive to the nearby market that allowed further sampling of culinary delights. Finally, the cleanliness of the residence was indicative of the care the property owners have to ensure that each guest is greeted with a warm and inviting appeal. I can't wait until our next visit!

Lovely setting. Very comfortable. My family enjoyed the cozy seating area. Great place to drink coffee, nap, or read. The beds we're also very comfortable. Everyone had their own space. The amenities we're plentiful and Galena is charming. We didn't get done everything we wanted to do.
