Madeira Beach Cottage

We had a great stay - cottage was very clean and owner was extremely accommodating. Beautiful linens were provided, as were many extras that were nice to not have to worry about (toilet paper, coffee filters, paper toweling, etc) My kids loved the use of the sand toys and boogie boards. Location was perfect - steps away from the beach (a less busy section of beach!) and a short walk to the shops and restaurants at John's Pass. We would definitely recommend for anyone to stay and would stay again!

Cute cottage! Short walk to the beach and about a block from John's pass shops and food! Mad beach fish house across the street was great!!!!! The house is close to the street but quiet at night! We got the right wifi passcode after 2 days and made sure we left it for all future vacationers! Sheryl was super helpful! Thanks!

This small house packs a lot of room and charm. Great location just steps from the beach with easy parking. I would rent again!

The cottage is very nice, great beds and even the sleeper sofa was fantastic. Lots of room in this house! Easy walk to the beach. Great restaurant across the street. The manager responded quickly to answer questions. We will be back!

We loved this little house. It is right on the beach and close to restaurants and attractions. You can go to the beach for an hour and a half, come home, reapply sunscreen and cool off then head right back. This is awesome because you’ll see others trying to sit in the sun and heat all day and are so tired and miserable they trudge to their cars angry which are parked next to the house. Everything you need is included, beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets, sand toys and an hose to rise everything with. The house is small but very comfortable for two people and a 70 lb dog. The beds are soft and clean. The kitchen is small but great for making breakfast, light lunch and drinks. The living room is comfortable and is a very relaxing place to read a book and stretch out before bed. The dining table is small but there is an outside area where you want to eat to enjoy the Florida weather. Parking is easy with the space provided. The yard wasn’t kept up and had burrs in it which grabbed the dogs fur and feet. We had to walk the dog down the block so he could go the bathroom without hurting himself but didn’t mind. The Wi-Fi worked great. I hope this little gem remains a secret so we can come back for the great price that was charged.

We have a family of 5. This was a perfect amount of space, close to beach and short distance to shops. It was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this cottage!

It was so cute and cozy with everything we needed and then some, even beach towels , toys, and chairs! The location was so handy, we barely had to drive anywhere. The boardwalk down to the beach made the short walk so easy. We loved it, as did our pooches, and plan on returning :)
