Welcome to The QUAY #407( pronounced key in Ocean City) Our unit is 1500+ sq. ft. Our Condo is on a low floor so all you have to do is walk down 2 short flights of stairs to get to the Store, Game room, Office, WiFi room, ping pong room, indoor Heated Pool or better yet outside to the outdoor Heated Pool and the OCEAN all without having to wait for the elevator on a busy day the stairs and elevators are located beside entrance to the condo. Our unit has a Spectacular Ocean Front View from all rooms. Imagine breakfast and coffee looking at the ocean and Spectacular sunrise while dining Our Unit 407 has been completely renovated as new beyond our expectations. It has turned out Beautiful. We have a free wireless internet connection in the unit. We have ceramic tile floors on all high traffic areas,both bathrooms, the hallway coming in thru the kitchen and dining and sitting area. And for your comfort carpet in Living Room. master bedroom, back hallway and bunk room and third bedroom. The master bedroom has a new king size bed,huge closet, new furniture and a 26' TV and DVD.The bunk room has 2 pyramid bunk beds sleeping 6 and a 42' plasma TV and a XBOX 360.The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed,spacious closet, new furniture, a 26' TV and a DVD. The bathrooms have been completely gutted and redone with ceramic tile and all new fixtures, tub, shower and granite tops and new vanities. The kitchen has new cabinets , new granite tops and all new stainless appliances. The living and dining room have all new furniture including a 55' TV, Blue Ray, DVD.. We have a very good selection of HD TV programs including some movie channels.We do not furnish linens 24 Hour Security Staff Must be 25 or older or family with children NO GROUPS OF HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE STUDENTS NO PETS QUAY WON'T ALLOW NO OUTDOOR GRILLES AGAINST FIRE REG. This is by far the best condo in Ocean City that I have stayed in. It was so well stocked with every kitchen utensil including silverware, coffee maker, pots & pans, electric grill. The view is fantastic from all rooms. All of the people we had contact with in the Quay were willing to help. The condo it self has been refinished like new and the owner is always ready to help you. We will be back next year.
We loved this unit. Everything was perfect. It was very roomy, extremely well equipped and had lovely oceanfront views. Hope we can go back soon.
This condo was one of the best we've stayed at in Ocean City, MD. My grandchildren loved everything about it. It was the best stocked place we've ever stayed in anywhere. I always bring a few things from home, but it wasn't necessary. There were blenders, multiple coffee pots, crock pots, two sets of pots and pans, teflon fry pans, and lots of other dishes, utensils, and glassware. I could go on and on about supplies, games, cards, books, movies...even a boogie board and sand chairs! Mr. Ed Miller was a pleasure to work with and talk to as well. My grandchildren even noticed that one of the pictures on the wall was signed by his wife...a very nice touch. Oh...and did I mention there was even a desk with a printer.! We had a great time. Thank you for creating such a homey atmosphere.
My family has been going to Ocean City, MD for 20+ years. This is the first time staying at the Quay and we loved our room. The property owner, Ed, was extremely friendly on the phone. Room 407 was perfect for large families. This is a FULLY stocked kitchen, including coffee makers, toasters, blender, etc. The kids room was perfect for the 10 year olds (even included an x-box!) We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room, not to mention the view is amazing! I have read other reviews stating how unpleased renters were with the Quay, however room 407 was by far the best room we have stayed in since visiting over 20+ years. The property itself could use some upgrades, including the arcade. We had one rainy day and the kids were excited to utilize the arcade but unfortunately half the games were not working, including the change machine. Overall if you are looking for a great room The Quay 407 is an awesome choice!
This was our second year at the Quay #407, and we enjoyed it more than last year. The unit was clean, comfortable and even better stocked then our last visit. It was a wonderful, hassle-free vacation and we would highly recommend this unit!!!
