Its a spacious 780 square foot apartment with one bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry area, kitchen, dining, living rooms, balcony and with a family room set up with a futon that is ideal for any group. Our apartment is walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, pizzerias, and famous Boulangerie restaurant less than a minute walking distance from our apartment. Uber and public transportation service are available in the area, as a result, no car rental is necessary. Free off-street parking. Old San Juan is less than a 10 minutes drive from our place. Beach, Supermarket and restaurants are less than two minutes walk from the unit. Easy lock box access. This is a gated building and access to floor apartments is only with an elevator key. |

Excellent property, short walk to everything, beaches, groceries etc....Excellent host, definitely would visit again.
The owner picked us up from the airport and gave us a brief tour as we made our way back to the property. The property was in excellent condition and close to bars and the beach. We would definitely stay again.
