Updated, clean, 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom cottage. Cottage is centrally located in East Orleans close to world famous Nauset Beach and a quick 5 min walk to Meeting House Pond (ocean inlet where there is nice swimming, boating and fishing). The cottage is a corner lot facing a small private road that ends in a cul-de-sac. It is a very nice residential community. There are also restaurants, ice-cream and grocery stores within 0.5 miles. The cottage features a large yard. A new patio, walkways and driveway were installed in 2014. The interior is well kept. The The bathroom was renovated in 2014 to include a new tile floor and custom corner tile shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a tile floor. There are 2 bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and the other room has 2 twins. In the living room a new 42 inch screen TV was installed on the wall. |
