About the Property
If you're planning to rent a vacation home in a Southern Wisconsin lake community, then Lake Geneva is the place for you. The second deepest lake in the state, Lake Geneva is nine miles in length and three miles at its widest point. Lake Geneva is well-known for its crystal clear water and gorgeous beaches so don't hesitate to plan a Wisconsin trip during the year's hotter months! Our house is located in the on the south shore of Lake Geneva and is a five minute drive southwest of downtown Lake Geneva and a five minute drive southeast from downtown Fontana. The house was completely rehabed in 2016 and can be accessed via keyless entry so no pick up of keys or drop offs are invloved. The home comes completely furnished with Flat Screen TV's, Cable and Wifi. 100's of VHS and DVD movies, Gas/Charcoal Grills, many board games. For the outdoorsy types, there is a new hammock to lay outside, custom fire pit, bag/cornhole games, swimming noodles, life preservers and basically anything you could think of to enjoy your stay inside or outside and have a great time. The home is part of a cozy, quiet community filled with mature trees, so it's not uncommon to see one of the many local wildlife of deers, owls, falcons, turkeys, and other wild song birds in our yard. A two-story cedar-shingled exterior Art & Craft home and a five year old completely remodeled interior features a new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, a stone boulder fireplace, stone baths, a sun room with slate floor, cherry bead board and timber loft ceilings. There is AC, ceiling fans and wood floors and trim throughout. The home includes antique and vintage furnishings and decorations. You are 1/4 mile walk from lake access at Linn Pier which offers a boat launch and fishing from the dock. This home provides comfortable, lodge style hospitality to families and their pets! Perfect for family gatherings or a peaceful retreat. The downtown of Lake Geneva, Fontana and Williams Bay offer shopping, movie theaters, a variety of restaurants and public beaches and piers. Local activities include fishing, swimming, sailing, parasailing (rental boats, canoes, kayaks and paddle boats are available at local piers), boat and dinner cruise lake tours, spas, an indoor water park at Grand Geneva Resort, skiing at Geneva National, Alpine, and Wilmot, golfing at Geneva National, Abbey Springs and 10 other courses within a 20 minute drive, antique shops and malls, wine tastings, horse shows and riding stables, corn maze, farms offering fresh produce and picking in season, a full gaming casino 45 minutes away, and many area shows, fairs and other special events scheduled year-round. Relaxing in peaceful surroundings or enjoying all that the area has to offer, you will find our house in Lake Geneva to be the perfect place for you and your family and friends to make long lasting memories. |

My family stayed at this beautiful home during Thanksgiving break. We could not have been happier with the home. It has an upscale rustic feel, very spacious and is impeccably decorated. We had seven people and had plenty of room. The upstairs bedrooms have individual sinks. The dining room farm table worked out great for our Thanksgiving meal and for playing games. The kitchen is updated with plenty of cookware. We loved our stay so much we want to book again next year. Brent is very helpful and kind. This is a gorgeous place and so comfortable. I truly felt like I was on vacation.
The rental was a great accommodation for our first visit to Lake Geneva. The owner was very helpful with any questions. It was a little bit of a drive to town, but we had a great experience of the Geneva area. This was a great spot for a girls weekend!
One of the best out there. Amazing house and area.
This year was our 20th year visiting Lake Geneva. We have stayed at numerous hotels but the last few years decided to try home to rent. This homes location was perfect for us. Easy to get to Lake Geneva and all of the surrounding towns. Loved having a sink in our bedrooms so that we could get ready for the day and not worry about taking up time in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!
Location of the house was in reasonable driving distance to all the attractions we were interested in around the lake. Quiet area. Walking distance to a small pier to sit and enjoy the lake

Host was a great communicator, the place was as described and we had a great family vacation. Quiet peaceful neighborhood outside of town, but close enough to enjoy all that Lake Geneva offers in the summer or winter.
House was extremely well appointed. It has every kitchen utensil and decorated with a great warm cozy feel. Garage came stocked with charcoal - three grills to choose from and many outdoor games. We are definitely booking again. Also the host checked in a few times and gave us a few off the beaten path. He was extremely easy to work with. - Yaron
Just got back from a 3 night stay and we loved it. VERY well stocked house, with plenty of room and lots of comforts of home. We loved having both a Keuring and a regular coffee pot, and having access to the washer and dryer. We were staying for a family wedding at the Grand Geneva, so unfortunately didn't have any time to enjoy the beautiful yard and fire pit. Would highly recommend to anyone!
