Location: The Quay, Ocean City, Maryland USA (The Quay, 107th & Coastal Hwy.)
Accommodations: Condo, 3 Bedrooms and one Queen Size sleeper couch, 2 Baths (Sleeps 8)
Direct Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo just steps to the ocean! We have a very desirable end unit available, so your view is directly of the ocean. Our unit is available for just weekly rentals from June through September! The rest of the time, we offer seasonal rentals, weekends and nights, with a three-night minimum. Okay now let's talk about the views. This is a direct ocean front unit and each bedroom has a wall of windows that look out onto the ocean. From all rooms in the unit (except bathrooms), you can see the ocean. In the morning when the sun rises, the ocean looks like an infinite pool of sparkling jewels it just fills you with energy. At night when the moon is over the ocean, it looks like an amazing, shimmering path being lit to wherever your mind takes you. The unit is a very comfortable and spacious place to be, but it is the sights, sounds, and fragrance of the ocean that will make the memories you create here priceless. It's a healthy and happy experience.
Also, the unit has undergone many new updates for the upcoming rental season. The kitchen has been totally redone with top grade granite counters, all new appliances, and all wood designer cabinets. All common space flooring - halls, kitchen, dining room, and living room have been redone in imported Italian ceramic tile. The bathrooms have been completely remodeled with new cabinets, vanities, and lighting. The unit is new, fresh, and clean.
A few facts about the unit: the kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, and an electric stove. We have a four seat breakfast bar, and a dining table that seats eight. Again, you can see the ocean directly from the dining room and kitchen. The living room offers two lazy boys, a queen sized sleeper couch, and a love seat. There is a television with a DVD, and sliding glass doors that open to your direct ocean view. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, a large dresser and closet, a television, a private bathroom, and a wall of windows that look directly out to the ocean. The second bedroom is a very spacious room with a large dresser and closet, television, and two twin beds. Again, there is a full wall of windows with an ocean view. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a comfortable leather chair, a large dresser and closet, a television, and a wall of windows with an ocean view. All three bedrooms have plenty of lighting. There is a second four piece bathroom in the hall, conveniently located by the second and third bedrooms. The unit includes a full size washer and dryer.
Bad weather is not an issue at our Condo. Our tenants will find a television in each bedroom, and a television with DVD in the living room. We have a large game room and recreation center (with ping pong table and electronic arcade games), along with a heated indoor pool. Additionally, there is an indoor shop, free Wi-Fi internet room, and conference room. Our unit is a great place to stay for golf trips, Convention Center activities, Spring and Winter Fests, and tax free outlet shopping in Delaware.
The Condo offers a large outdoor pool, a tennis court, basketball rim, and a sunning deck.
No smoking is allowed, but ash trays are outside on the deck.
No pets are allowed by the Condo. If it is discovered you have a pet, security will evict you and your rental money will not be refunded.
The Quay Security Department charges a $40 registration fee upon check in, from May through September. This includes one parking pass.
Additional parking passes are sold on a first come, first served basis, for $10 a day or $50 a week. Although one parking place per unit is guaranteed, if additional parking at The Quay is sold out, there is Town of Ocean City parking available two blocks away.
We are sorry, but we do not rent to high school students or group rentals. You must be 25 years of age to rent, and be able to prove it. Families only please. A $300 Security Deposit is required.
Off season, partial weeks (Three night minimum) = $175/night + taxes (10.5%) + maid service, but June thru Sept full weeks only!

We had a mini family reunion in April at The Quay in Ocean City, MD. There were 7 of us, ranging in age from 8 to 86. Everyone had a wonderful time, except for me! I came down with bronchitis on my first full day there and was sick the entire week. I live close to Ocean City, so for me, I didn't miss out on the things to do so much as time with my family. The condo was the perfect size for so many of us with a wonderful, oceanfront view from the 9th floor. The kitchen work space and eating area were great for so many people. We took turns cooking and everyone was happy with all the kitchen tools available, nothing was missing! We brought our Keurig from home, we're spoiled. All bedding was comfortable and there was plenty of water pressure. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was perfect with so many of us. We almost had the entire building to ourselves since it was off season. One of the main reasons we picked this unit was the fun things for an 8 year old. He loved the indoor pool and the game room! The elevators were being replaced while we were there, but it was never an inconvenience and the men doing the work were polite and helpful. We heard people talking about how slow the elevators used to be and how pleased they are now with the high speed. I would like to stay again when the weather is warmer, perhaps in the Fall. I wouldn't look for a different unit in this building, this one was great. I would like to see new couches, perhaps, but that would be the only change. The owners were so easy to work with and provided all the proper information to make our checkin and out a breeze. The only thing I might see as an issue could be parking during busy Summer months, but I tend to stay away from the beach that time of year so the tourists can enjoy their vacation time. I look forward to a return visit soon!
The condo was nicely decorated. There was a lot of room for our family of 4. There was plenty of activity for those rainy days at the beach. I will definitely stay here again.
Our family had a fabulous time staying at unit 907. There was everyone you needed to make your stay comfortable and much more. Wonderful attention to detail from the owners providing everything a family would need...right down to the beach chairs, beach umbrella and blender for afternoon daiquiris! The unit is fully furnished with a beachy feel and NO carpet....beautiful tile flooring made the unit super easy to keep clean with our family which included 3 children. Many thanks to Dorothy (the owner) for her prompt communication and hospitality allowing us to focus on relaxing! Which was extremely important considering we were traveling from Colorado for our family vacation. We made many special memories for our 4 generations of family who stayed in the unit!

This was the perfect place for a trip with my parents, my husband, and our son. The condo was very clean and came with all the kitchen accessories we needed. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the balcony, looking out on the ocean. There were a few minor issues with the building (not the condo) over the course of the week but the owner and building maintenance worked quickly to get them taken care of. We can’t wait to come back next year!
The weather, location, and property all made for a great week! We arrived a little early and called and were able to get right in. The location and facilities at the Quay were nice, from the shop downstairs, to the pool, and proximity to the beach. Nothing felt rushed or crowded. The owner Dorothy was great to work with and communicated well. The views of the sunrises and beach are beautiful. Parking was ample and there is a municipal lot across the street for additional vehicles. There are plenty of kitchen accessories and gadgets for any of your needs. Having towels and bedding provided is a bonus as well. We would definitely stay in this property again.
This is a spacious three bedroom condo. The building is very well maintained-high speed elevators-great indoor and outdoor pools. We rented beachfront so my 92 yr old mother could enjoy the ocean from the balcony. My daughter and son in law appreciated the short walk to the beach with my 3 yr old grandson and seven month old granddaughter. Although there were beach chairs, I would suggest you bring your own if you like a reclining sand chair. Also the pull out sofa would be ok for children but not adults. The owner was easy to communicate with and always answered any questions I had.
This property met all of our expectations. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. It is completely updated and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The views from every room were amazing. We had a great week and we would definitely stay there again.
