My family and I have visited Las Mananitas several times. Once as a romantic anniversary celebration with my husband, and other vacations with our teenage sons. Each vacation we have made awesome memories. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and clean. We've enjoyed trips into San Jose for shopping and delicious food at our favorites spots! We have taken a day cruise from Cabo out snorkeling where we were accompanied by a large group of dolphins. It was quite a site! The staff at Las Mananitas are very accomodating. The staff arranged transportation to and from the airport as well as anytime we wanted to do any siteseeing or shopping. My family highly recommends condo 101 as a terrific place to stay. We can't wait to visit again.

We love staying in San Jose, away from the crowds of Cabo, and this condo is situated ideally for both quiet relaxation and ease of access to everything Baja has to offer. The unit is luxuriously furnished and well-maintained. You simply walk off the back patio straight into a refreshing pool, or turn left and walk right onto the beach. And it's a stretch of quiet, uncrowded beach with a beautiful view of Palmilla to the west and the cape to the east. Of the many times we've visited the Cabo area, our stay at Las Mananitas has been by far our favorite. It's got everything - tennis, swimming, work-out facility, beach, and nice walk into town where there are many wonderful restaurants and fun shopping. If you have access to a car - be sure to take a day-trip up to Todos Santos.

We have been enjoying this beautiful location for 10 years now and never tire of it. The condo has all the amenities for staying a month, which is what we do. Location is peaceful, people are friendly and join in conversation around the pools and B.Q., and the view is always incredible. We like to wake up and walk out with our cup of coffee and sit on the sea wall to watch the incredible sunrises.

Wow, what a great escape from Winter. A beautiful location, beautifully maintained grounds, a great place to relax and unwind. Right out front are miles of beach for walking. You can hear the waves from the condo day and night. Pools, hot tub and hammocks (bring books) just steps away. Shopping, great restaurants and espresso (very important) within walking distance. Downtown San Jose, just minutes away, is still very much "old Mexico". So many activities nearby.....fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, ATV's, whale watching, snorkeling, scuba, etc. "World famous" Cabo San Lucas is just 20 minutes away. Friendly locals, we felt very safe in this part of Mexico (plus, we noticed 24 hour security present). Really nice condo, well maintained and beautifully furnished. I highly recommend this place, I'll be back!

We spent the past month at beautiful Las Mananitas and have already booked for next year. The accomodations exceeded our expectations as did the beautiful grounds and the friendly, capable security and maintenance staff. We saw many whales and even some dolphins from our deck and beside the pool, it doesn't get better than that. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the BBQ's cleaned from top to bottom every day. The unit was consistent with the VRBO description and details. It was great to be a 5 minute walk from the Mega store where we found everything we needed for meals and cocktails. There was always an Urbano bus waiting (almost at the front entrance) to take us 10 minutes in to San Jose for under 10 pesos each. We felt very safe whether walking on the beach, walking to town or riding the bus home in the evening. 5 of us took the larger bus in to Cabo San Lucas for $15 US. The owners were great to deal with, quickly responding to all of our questions leading up to our trip. There was no need to be in touch with them once we arrived, everything was ready and waiting for us.

The highest complements that owners can receive are repeat guests.....we have been one of those for several years now and feel that we have " found it". The superlatives in terms of a stay at Las Mananitas are numerous but here are a few. The owners are wonderful to deal with, the condo is well equipped and has the feel of an enjoyed family home, the location is exceptional, the complex is safe and very well maintained, the weather is perfect, and the scenery is spectacular. A holiday here , as an escape from the west coast weather, doesn't get any better.

Las Mananitas is such a beautiful property located close to the water! The grounds and common areas around the pools and BBQ grills are impeccably kept and it was just so quiet and peaceful, truly a perfect place to unwind. Loved cooking for ourselves and eating on the patio overlooking the ocean. A perfect vacation and cant wait to get back to Condo #101 soon!

As advertised #101 is both steps away to the pool and ocean. An easy walk to the huge grocery store for food and beverages and a quick bus ride to San Jose del Cabo. The unit has everything you could possible need including a fully equipped kitchen, spice pantry and a communal borrow then pay it forward,cupboard of both books and heals of liquor. Mama Mias is a great on the beach restaurant just a five minute walk down the beach. The complex has very friendly staff and security and the grounds are immaculate. Can’t wait to come back. We just returned from our stay at unit 101. It was absolutely perfect. We brought our 4 kids with us and they didn’t want to leave. Las Mananitas is a very quiet and secure complex. With multiple pools for swimming and plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. The location of unit 101 is definitely one of the best in the whole complex. Literally a few steps from the pool and beach. You can sit on the patio and listen to the waves crashing while enjoying a meal or hop on the city bus to try out one of the many great restaurants in San Jose. Ron and Dena have everything you could possibly need at their condo. It was a great week and we can’t wait to go back.

The photos and write up don't do it justice! The location is perfect, the suite had everything we needed and the owners were responsive to any questions we had. The grocery store is a 3 minute walk from the condo, the bus stops are right outside the main entrance, so no need for a rental car unless you're looking to explore beyond San Jose and Cabo. The beach was incredible and the water was great right in front of the condo. We absolutely loved it! Thanks Ronald and Dena for trusting us with your beautiful home!
