This Mediterranean style mansion is a modernized 3523 square foot home which features a large screened in pool and just minutes to the beaches, shopping, and dining. It is spacious and professionally decorated. Your family will love the large remodeled kitchen which adjoins the spacious great room that overlooks the pool threw sliding glass doors which opens the whole wall up. It has four bedrooms, four baths, formal dining room, formal living room, great room, and kitchen. The large master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and bidet. This gorgeous, very large, private home is located Gulfport within a few miles from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located on a double lot giving it a large fenced in yard for privacy and great for pets! Enjoy the ambiance, privacy, and economy of a private home with hotel amenities close at hand! The Tampa International Airport is just 30 minutes away and the airport limo will drop you at the door. With 3523 square feet of heated and cooled space spread out over two stories, this house is especially well suited for large families or multiple couples. It is set up such that you can easily find a retreat from the others when you need your own space. Pricing Details: - The cost for a month covers no more than 4 weeks regardless of the calendar. - $25 per night per person additional charged for more than 6 people. - $45 damage waiver covers the first $700 of accidental damage. - Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Note: We are only able to offer a limited number of one week rentals, contact us for availability. Unless we have less than seven nights available between dates, our minimum rental charge is one week. Short term rates included for adding time to that minimum. - Monthly rate is 25% off weekly rate for 4 consecutive weeks
- $25 per night per person additional charged for more than 6 people of age 10 and older except during the specials offered now through October 12 when only the first 4 are included by the base rate.
- $45 damage waiver available which covers the first $700 of accidental damage. Purchase of damage waiver required for groups greater than 6 people or with multiple children.

Reservation Deposit: 10% of lodging fee ($350 minimum) required to hold all reservations, of which half is refundable upon cancellation up to 120 days in advance of scheduled check in date. A total of 50% of the lodging fee is required 90 days in advance of check in. (This would be an additional 40% of the lodging fee assuming the initial 10% was previously paid).

The house was lovely ,nicely decorated , luxurious linens and pretty colors. Overall very warm and inviting.. Great direct view of the pool from the kitchen and living room. The location is perfect.. Close to wonderful restaurants and the beach.. Our family really loved this vacation and can't wait to come back.
My family had a reunion at in Gulfport, Florida this past month. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay.The price was very reasonable. The property is lovely and very spacious.with 4 big bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It has an old time charm even with the modern remodeling. The property was is close to everything and the beach was only about 3 miles away The owners attended any and all of our needs in an efficient, timely manner. We highly recommend staying there to anyone with a large group for at least 6 people As I stated you cannot beat the price.

The property is lovely and very spacious.with 4 big bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It has an old time charm even with the modern remodeling. The property was is close to everything and the beach was only about 3 miles away The owners attended any and all of our needs in an efficient, timely manner. We highly recommend staying there to anyone with a large group for at least 6 people As I stated you cannot beat price
The house is very roomy. Lots of space to spread out and relax. BIG Kitchen...which is nice .. The drive to the beach is about 7 -8 minutes depending on traffic. Lots of nice beaches close together .... I must say the best part is the nice big pool which is oh so nice!! It is well kept and perfect for a quiet (privacy fence) late night dip. You and the stars!! We really had a great time.

I booked to stay for a week in December and brought a team of my company's managers. We LOVED this place. I ALMOST didn't book this place because of a previous review I'd read - and quite frankly, had I not, I would have completely missed out. We were greeted upon arrival for a quick tour of the house. The first thing you will notice is the space. 3 good sized rooms and one enormous en-suite. Not all rooms are en-suite but the house had enough bathrooms that each staff member had their own. Each room had quality linens and towels and also a TV. There are two living rooms, which for us was perfect because at times we had conference calls and that gave us privacy. Outside there is the pool and also a smaller porch-type area where we hung out at the end of the day. The downstairs decorations are plush. Upstairs, the bedroom decor is slightly older, but honestly it matches to the charm of the house. Kitchen: sizeable. We had someone different cook a meal each day and we were not short of crockery/cooking utensils. And the BBQ worked fine. Washer/Dryer: no problems. Worked fine. Pool area: It's netted in. Presumably to keep bugs out or potentially from debris from flying in to the pool from the surrounding trees (but not rain...it's netting). Cleanliness: I had a discussion with the owner prior to booking as the requirements for cleanliness are at an all time high right now. Upon arrival I didn't find any issues that would indicate to me that cleaners had not been thru. Re: claims of musty smell - I think any reviews of a musty smell are a little over-exaggerated. Sure, it's an old house, and has an old house feel to it. We arrived in the afternoon and it was still warmish so we had the windows open with airflow anyway. Did not receive complaints from my team about unpleasant aromas the entire week. Upkeep: ANY house would have on-going maintenance and the owner expressed that he could get on top of anything if we reached out. There wasn't much. If a lightbulb went dead we just replaced it. I think we found a lamp that was unplugged, so we just plugged it in. The most strenuous maintenance thing I handled was switching out the propane tank on the grill. Which honestly was no big deal. Contractually wise - all the owner really asked of us was to let them know if there were any breakages, and to please not try to cover up damages. I don't personally see that as unfair. I recommend this listing. It's a gem. Will surely be back for further work trips.
