About the Property
You've found Hawaii�s Best Kept Secret! The cottage is adjacent to a whole mile of deserted beaches, where you�ll discover isolated sandy coves, driftwood and shells, and forested pastures filled with polo ponies. The ocean is excellent for snorkeling, surfing & windsurfing. The mountains behind the cottage offer good hiking trails. The Colony has a nice pool, golf chipping greens, and a tennis court. Bring your favorite books!
The cottage is best for a couple, but sleeps four. Access to the dressing room and separate full bath is through the bedroom, which can be partitioned off. There is cable TV, high-speed internet cable, WiFi, and the kitchen is well equipped. It will have been cleaned just before you arrive and serviced with fresh sheets and towels. No daily maid service is available. Coin laundry machines are next to the manager�s office. There is a private phone for local calls, but long distance must be charged to your card.

The surf breaks on it's retaining wall less than 30 feet away. We sat outside and enjoyed it....
Perfect location. Sitting on the lanai in the mornings watching the moon set and the sun rise.... what could be better?

This cottage is ideally positioned, for a quiet, perfectly relaxing experience on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu. Far removed from the ‘tourist hot spots’ and traffic noise/congestion; just the sound of surf and birdsong as you walk along deserted beaches. Friendly, accommodating owner and helpful on site management all contribute to relaxation and enjoyment of your holiday. Only a 10 minute drive to buy your provisions or dine out and just 35 minutes drive from the international airport. Perfect !
So peaceful and beautiful! Away from the mayhem and traffic. Quiet, clean, and relaxing.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the water and the privacy of the home. It was a perfect location to stay and we hope to return the next time we go. The home was well maintained and just what we needed. The turtles, the crabs and the beach area were ideal. Thank you!
We loved our stay. The house was clean and ready for us. If you arrive after dark you WILL need a flashlight bigger than your phone. The entrance to the colony is easy to miss in the dark. Slow down when you see the horse farm. It's right next to it. The weather was beautiful. A bit windy. We found the beach on the last day. Walk down the north stairs and walk around the rocks. Miles of quiet beach. You can't go wrong staying here. You will love it. Keith
We love the location of this quiet beachfront condo! Beautiful view, clean, quiet, FULLY equipped (even with flashlights which would have been nice when the power went out in another unit last year). It's all the little things that Peter has done that makes the stay in Mokuleia peaceful and memorable. You're near Haleiwa (10 minutes) and there's practically no traffic...like you're in the country. It's a great little spot that we plan to come back to every year. (Try a mobile massage on the lanai with Keana. It was Perfect!) Enjoy!
We appreciated the cleanliness and decor of the apartment. We had 4 nights of lovely sunsets and ocean breezes. We hope to be back again!
