This large three story detached home sits on 1/3 acre only 200 feet from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views. The Great Room with large modern kitchen, living and dining areas has 20 foot high Cypress ceilings and a large window wall providing a panoramic Gulf view.
Overlooking the Great Room is a sleeping loft with king bed and half bath topped by a cupola that provides abundant light.
The spacious main level Master Bedroom Suite with king bed has maple flooring, 9' high step ceiling and French Doors opening to the rear deck overlooking the Gulf and our private 20' x 40' Gunite pool. There is a hot tub off this bedroom. The Master Bath is enhanced by a two person whirlpool tub, double vessel sinks, private commode room, and a 5'x8' shower with 3 shower heads, 4 body sprays and a bench - fantastic!
Another master bedroom has a queen bed and private tiled bath with glass door shower. The third bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed and next to it a full bath with shower over tub.
The 850 sq ft lower level includes another huge master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, French doors leading to the patio and pool. There is a full bath with large tiled shower with bench. There is also a second kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, French Door refrigerator and wine frig, (no stove/oven). The cozy living area has a 57' HD TV, Wii, seating and a queen sleeper sofa. This level is perfect for Grandparents or those unable to climb stairs easily.
There is a custom geothermal central HVAC system for your comfort. The pool is surrounded by a brick patio. Under the deck the patio is shaded and perfect for relaxation. The rest of the yard is your own private sandbox. The kids love it! Please take care not to throw sand or shells in the pool, however! There is an outdoor shower on the patio. Just added a sand volleyball/badminton court!

The property was beautiful and very spacious for our family of 10 adults and 2 children. It was very close to the beach and had a beautiful pool that the kids were able to enjoy even in November. The house was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. The kitchen had everything I could think of and the garage had a large supply of bikes, toys, strollers, beach chairs. There was an incredible toy closet that our 3 year old grandaughter enjoyed. The basement with a full kitchen, bedroom and beautiful large bath and shower was a great place for our single sons to hang out and enjoy the football games. We had a little trouble having adequate hot water when everyone needed to shower, but otherwise, we had a perfect vacation. My family wants to rent the same house for next Thanksgiving.
The home was perfect for our group! Exceed our expectations. Stocked with toys, games, bikes, beach chairs, kitchenware, etc. Even had baby gates and a toddler bed! Very spacious and well maintained. Would absolutely book again in the future.

The house is in a great location with quick access to the beach and the trolley. The pool and home are beautiful and perfectly maintained. The owner stopped by and made us really feel welcomed. The house has everything one would need for a relaxing and stress free vacation. We highly recommend this beach rental. We have stayed in Pensacola beach many times, having rented both houses and townhouses, and have found a perfect match for our family. We look forward to staying in this beautiful home on our next visit.
This home has a great pool and was very close to a non-crowded beach. Perfect for our large family of 8 adults and 3 small children. Even had a baby gate, pack n play, highchair and numerous toys for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans- all you would need. There is room for 12 to sit at 2 tables very close to one another and another 4 at the breakfast bar. Loved all the nice furnishings. Plenty of bathrooms and also had a washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend this home to our family and friends. Loved Pensacola Beach!
Great house! We have stayed in many rentals in Pensacola Beach and this has been our favorite!

This home has plenty of space and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the Pool and Hot Tub. We had an issue with the Water Heater overflowing but the owner was quick to respond and take care of it. Also had some large cockroaches outside on the deck., but not inside. The house was clean but the kitchen stove could have used a good cleaning. Plenty of pool toys and beach towels. Would highly recommend this home!
Family enjoyed staying at this attractive well-equipped vacation rental. Owner quickly fixed a couple of issues, one being related to the air conditioning. Would rent this again when we do our family beach week in 2021!
