Ski In/ Ski Out Condo at the Base of Park City Mountain Resort!

Much more than expected. Beautiful place full equipped. Unbeatable location. Excellent and personalized attention. We will definitely come back.

This is right in the middle of everything. And you are just steps away from the lift! Can’t beat that! No need for a car. We used Uber back and forth. The unit is a bit dated, but is very cozy and provides everything you need. Great for max 4-5 people.

We have been staying at the Mountain Lodge for over 10 years for our skiing vacation in Park City. It doesn't get any more convenient than this location. This condo in particular is quiet and located steps from the slopes. The layout is efficient - perfect for our family of 4 that includes 2 older teens! The Murphy bed along with the daybed provided plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The mattress in the bedroom is super comfy! We would stay here again.

This was our first time to Park City and really had no idea where to stay. We only knew that we wanted our room to be close and convenient since Im pretty much a beginner and had no interest at my age in dragging all the needed gear it takes to go ski for a day. My husband gets all the credit for finding and booking this room, which honestly made me a little nervous at first lol! But when I walkout, grabbed a coffee and was in the lift line and hadn't walked even 100 yards, he was my hero! When he told me it was ski in ski out I really didn't believe it. Well let me tell all of you, we will go back to this condo and only this condo whenever we are in Park City! The location and amenities (restaurants and coffee shop 20 steps from our door) , the reserved parking garage, the ski rentals a couple doors away, and the quaint village atmosphere were incomparable to any other location we could see. The condo itself was so well thought out and stocked with necessities there wasnt one thing we needed that wasnt there. We stopped on our way in to get groceries and that was the only trip we ended up doing. The master bed was beyond comfy, loved having two bathrooms , games to play at night , no internet issues, cozy as can be. We encourage anyone considering this condo to put it at the top of your list:)

Loved it. 30 seconds or less to Campos coffee shop, family is asleep or just walking up, stroll around the corner for espresso and pastries, dream come true. Need rental equipment? 30 seconds to a rental shop. Ice skating, again, less than 1 minute walk. To be far nothing is perfect. The outdoor hot tub and pool is a small walk outside, but nice. We were so warm from the hot tub we walked home in our swim suits and towel, 0 degrees outside, we were still warm when got home, was easy, so no big deal. Parking lot had lots of spaces, so again super easy. Drove down town for dinner and shopping, and easy quick drive home. I’ve never commented so many times on vacation how perfect the location is. Room is comfy. Murphy bed was comfortable as well. Nice to have fridge and small kitchen. We’ve stayed at fancy hotels, if I had to choose I think I would stay here simply because of location. Yes there isn’t room service or valet, etc, but I didn’t miss it. Hotel is usually a long jaunt in your boots or to the locker room, fumble around with other people, etc, this is so so easy, it’s lovely. Can’t wait to come again! Thanks!

Clean centrally located condo perfect for Sundance work trip!

We had a great time. Brittany (prop manager) was extremely helpful. Prompt in her communication and ready to provide answer and suggestions for all of our needs. I found the location to be well worth it as you literally walk out and are right on the slopes. It was so easy to get the kids to their ski lessons and to enjoy the mountain. I would highly recommend bringing in groceries and utilizing the kitchen. Food at the base was ridiculously expensive. Would certainly stay at this property again.

This is my favorite unit in The Lodge at Park City. If you are in Park City to ski, you will love this condo. I can't imagine that you can get any closer to the lifts - no stairs or elevator required. PayDay and Crescent are no more than 50 meter from your door. The end of the day is even easier - you can ski to within 10 meters of this condo. Even better, Campos (one of the best cafes in North America) is just meters away. My morning flat white was closer than the walk from my bedroom to kitchen back home. In the past I have stayed on the top floor of this building. One concern I had with this unit was that it might be noisier because there are units above. That wasn't an issue at all. The unit is super quiet. Even quieter than the top floor because you don't get noise from mountain operations on this side of the building. I will rent this exact unit again. I love it. It's perfect for a small group of serious skiers. Nothing lux, just super clean and super close to what you're here for - the mountain.

This was the perfect accommodation for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The condo was just steps away from the ski rental, shops, lifts, food, drinks, jacuzzi, ice rink, and bus stop. There were more than enough towels and blankets and the kitchen was fully stocked. We were most impressed with the service, as both the owner and the manager replied quickly to our many inquiries about where to eat, and getting around. Will stay here again when back in Park City.

Fabulous location!!! Modest accommodations, but very clean and neat with everything you need.
