Condo is 15 min from Disney World. There are elevators in all buildings. The complex boast a club house, business center, fitness center, game room, two resort style pool, spa, children's water playground, all within a short walk to grocery, dinning and shopping. Unit is located on third floor with private balcony and great view of the pool area. There is a 46' flat screen tv in living rm and a sofa sleeper. The unit comes with free FIOS Internet access. The kitchen is completed with housewares and there is a full size stackable washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed w/ tv and master bathroom has a garden tub and separate shower. Very clean,spacious and had everything we wanted for our stay. Centrally located to shops and family destinations around Orlando. The only 3 issues we had was getting the key code to work which was quickly fixed and the internet was not available nor was cable in the rooms during our stay but we didn't mind since we had so many things to enjoy outside of the condo. Would book again and recommend to others!!!
We had a great vacation at Bella Piazza! Lillian was so wonderful to deal with, and very accommodating. There were a few minor things that could be improved upon in the condo, but nothing that impacted the quality of our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this condo again.
This condo accomodated us perfectly for our Disney vacation. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, perfectly situated only a few minutes from Disney/Universal, and Publix & Walmart is minutes away. The 3 bedrooms & 3 baths makes accommodating several families easy. We had all we needed to be comfortable in the condo. The owner is wonderful to work with and answers messages quickly. I highly recommend this rental for a family wanting to be near Disney but not pay Disney prices! Thank you for a wonderful week!
We loved our stay in Davenport. The facility was very nice and had everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the private master and bathroom. We had 6 of us and it was more than enough room for everyone. It has 3 full bathrooms which was a bonus for us traveling with an adult and 3 teenage girls. We would highly recommend it if you want to be close to the parks but far enough away you don't need to deal with the crowds. I would suggest getting to the pool early to save your chair with a towel if you are travel with a group.
This condo was definitely a pleasure! Great location, clean property and wonderful accommodations- we will definitely be back!

Easy to get to the parks, short 20 min drive. Condo was quiet and and traffic was minimal compared to being at the resorts. Nice pool and spa available.
The condominium was very clean and spacious. Traveling with 4 teenagers could have been daunting but it was not thanks to this wonderful condo. Everyone had their own space with was awesome. We even extended our stay and Lillian was accomodating! Definitely will rent again!
