About the Property
This beautiful and spacious 2 Story condo features a separate apartment on each floor providing privacy for a group, single family or two family vacation. The units are connected by a spiral staircase inside and can be entered separately on each floor accessed by an elevator or stairs. Key Largo Condos is a 9 Unit condo building in popular midtown Ocean City, MD. It is walking distance to many popular attractions such as Fager's Island, Macky's Seaside Bar and Grill, Chaunceys Surf Shop, Water Sports Rentals, Candy Kitchen, Maui Mini Golf, Seacrets and more. The beach is a 1/2 block walk away with no highway crossing. Each unit has its own balcony with furnishings to enjoy lounging or meals together in the salt air. 2 reserved parking spaces are assigned below the building on ground level as well as an outside shower for rinsing off salt and sand. There is also street parking on a first come first served basis. Hop on the Beach Bus at the corner of 54th & Ocean Highway to visit many attractions from the Inlet Boardwalk all the way up to Northside Park. I found the place to be beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was great. You can walk to anything or take the bus. The beach was only a short walk up the street. The place came with all the sheets, towels and beach chairs. That was a lot less packing I had to do. We had lots of room and the landlord was great. I called and talked to her and she was right on top of things. Great place for a family. I would definitely rent it again. Lots a good eating within walking distance.

Location, open concept, plenty of space and location! Best place we’ve stayed at since coming to OCMD for vacation. Can’t not beat the proximity to all the major places to be in OC. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
Excellent location for those planning to hit the beach and the bars. Clean, spacious property with plenty of bathrooms and fridge space. We had an absolute blast and would recommend this spot for groups like us with 4 couples and a couple extra friends.

The property is well kept and very beautiful. The location is convenient to the bus line and activities. The combination lock system to enter the condo is a great idea. When you have more than one visitor it is nice not to worry about getting a key to them or losing a key at the beach. The condo is very roomy and the décor is very pleasing. We will stay with you again! Thank you
Great condo in the perfect spot. The owner was great and answered all my questions in a timely matter. It was great to have the two full apartments with plenty of beds. Even though there were only two reserved parking spots below the condo the were plenty of open spots on the street right next to the condo. Great location next to the beach and a short walk to plenty of restaurants and things to do.
