Just Minutes From Disney World Park

A spacious, comfortable, well-equipped villa. The pool was a good sized pool which was in direct sunlight during the day so kept it at a perfect temperature. As an added bonus it was private from all angles. The location from all amenities was great being approx. 3 miles with plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. We chose to shop in Walmart which was about a 15 minute drive away, although Publix was much closer, however, they are in the middle of building a new one just a mile or so away which will make this villa even better. All of Disney parks are about a 15-20 minute drive to the actual entrance although to World Drive it is probably 5 mins. Overall, extremely good value for money! We loved it.

This is the second year in a row I have rented this property. It is a spacious 4 bedroom villa with pool and hot tub. The house is always immaculate on arrival. Plenty of kitchen equipment and storage for those who like me like to cook, although having 2 pot holders and more than one dish towel would have been nice. All bedrooms and living room have TV's. In one bedroom the tv was not working and had property management look at it. they responded promptly and contacted owner Marco who ok'd new set. A few days later the flat screen tv was installed on a arm attached to the wall which improved watching tv and freed up the night stand the old one had been on. plenty of linen, pool towels and towels provided with house. A few wash clothes would have been a plus to have. Pool was well taken care of; plenty of lounge chairs and even pool toys. We paid for pool heat since it was winter and water was warm, hot tub has to been run for about 5 minutes before it heats up. Have already rented this house for 2020 as 2019 was already booked for some of the weeks we wanted. Thanks Marco for answering our request and questions promptly and for making our winter respite so enjoyable.

Stayed for 11 nights in March 2018. Close enough to Disney to get there early morning and then spend some time by pool before returning to Disney for an evening session. Home well equipped with flat screen TVs in all 4 bedrooms. The spa quickly heats up and the pool stayed warm. A new Walmart just opened at corner of Old Lake Wilson Road and the 192 and makes a good landmark when first arriving. Happy to recommend the home to any visitors to the area. We hope to be able to get back in the future.

This property was perfect, me along with 7 others stayed at the house. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children (ages range from 5 to 8). The pool and hot tub were amazing, clean and very well kept, just like every other part of the property. The backyard is private, overlooking a wide open area, we had the chance to see some turkeys and other animals (from a distance lol). I would recommend this property for anyone visiting Disney, it’s only a short drive, maybe 15-20 minutes away. It’s also close to lots of restaurants, gas stations, markets, Dunkin etc. Overall we were very pleased with this house....got 5 stars from us!!! One more thing I wanted to mention, the pool table in the garage was so nice to have! Allowed some quiet, down time at night with the kids in the pool or playing some pool! After long days at the parks who feels like sitting in a restaurant with tired kids, when you can come “home” cook, eat and relax on a comfy couch while the kids settle down!

Absolutely loved this rental. The pool and spa were fabulous! Lots of pool towels available and kitchen had all we needed for making meals.
