Spacious Ski Home on Amish Trail Near Ellicottville - Sleeps up to 19

We found the house to be very nice for our stay. It accommodated all 15 of us and we had plenty of space. The layout of the house was accurate with what was showed on the website. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. We were unable to locate a blender so if you need one we suggest bringing yours from home. One thing we noticed there was some black ants in the upstairs room to the left of the staircase in the front of the house. Other than that the house was cleaned. We are from Florida so our A/C is usually on, however, with this house not having that option the weather was perfect that it was not needed. The owners were great and did provide good communication back and forth with us. We would recommend this property to friends. We loved how the place was stocked with board games for entertainment, it was nice to play the games as a family. (even the little ones aged 3-7 played games) No one bothered watching much television at all. All the brochures provided information for us to familiarize ourselves with the area. Seeing the Amish go down the road was a neat experience for us to see as well. The kids enjoyed Holiday Valley and the Sky High adventures. We walked in the back to find the creek and found a bridge that was blocked off with a sign stating no trespassing so that threw us off (since there is a picture of the bridge and creek on the site).

We just spent the weekend at Creekside! It was perfect and met our needs as expected! We had 14 ladies only! 4 generations age range 8 - 86.. We all slept comfortably, enjoyed the hot tub, campfire, games and wine, which is exactly what we set out to do! We cooked dinner in both nights and were able to find everything we needed. Plenty of cookware, dishes and wine glasses. E-Ville is a short 10 minute ride away, and slopes about 15! A nice touch is the bottled water that is provided! Loved that it is in the country, we were noisy by out campfire with no neighbors to complain! The house is pretty much exactly as pictured, and we did find that elusive blender!

This house was beautiful with plenty of space for everyone! We were equipped with everything we needed and from minute one the owners were extremely pleasant and accommodating. This was my first Home Away experience and it was perfect. Well worth the money and I would stay at this property again and again! I will certainly share my experience with all my friends.

We had a fantastic family reunion - It brought all of us back to a slower paced time where we could play games, enjoy the beautiful grounds, campfire, etc...We would ' highly recommend this property for any occasion.

My family spent the weekend here celebrating my parents 60th wedding anniversary. The home was exactly as described. Very well equipped kitchen, clean, nicely decorated and large enough for our family to be close and yet also have space to spread out when needed. The weather was good so we spent time outside, had a nice fire, went in the hot tub and played plenty of board games (one of the grandkids favorite activities). We brought many of our own but loved playing some of the classics at the house - like Life, Scrabble, Monopoly, etc. It is in a rural area and the nearest neighbors can't really be seen from the house or barely even the street. It was easy to find. It is close to Ellicottville but we did not go in - the road is under construction and had a long detour but that wasn't the point of our visit anyway. Really terrific place for a large family gathering and I would highly recommend it.

The house is so spacious! There are great separate spaces for multiple activities. A group could be watching TV in the family room, others could be playing a board game in the dining room, another group could hang out in the kitchen, AND you could even have people soaking in the hot tub!! There's so much room! Owners are very responsive if you email or call. Definitely a great place for a group of friends and family for the weekend!

Nice older (huge) home, in the beautiful countryside. Owners are very accommodating. They allowed us to check in several hours early, when family was flying in from Buffalo.

We had a group of 16, 8 parents and 8 teenagers. House fit us fine. Moms loved the hot tub. Dads loved the space in the house. Never felt crowded. Lots of chairs and couches. Plenty of dishes and glasses for drinks. Plenty of bathrooms too. House is out in country with plenty of distance to the neighbors.

We had a wonderful family get away. Enjoyed the hot tub, big yard, lovely creek and spacious house.
