Great Ambiance... 3 Bedroom With Million Dollar View of Land's End

La Vista....."The View" in Spanish, fits Casa Pura Vida perfectly. The rooftop palapa is one of the highlights of the villa. The views of Land's End and downtown Cabo truly are amazing! Many mornings and afternoons were spent on the rooftop palapa enjoying breakfast while watching the many whales at play. The villa is beautifully furnished, very clean and comfortable! The fully stocked kitchen and the rooftop palapa made dining in a real pleasure! Dawn made us feel very welcome and made sure all of our needs were met , including pre-stocking the fridge with a few requested items prior to our arrival. All of the necessary items provided for great days at the beach were a real plus! After noticing several people walking in front of the development, it made us curious enough to follow! We are so glad we did! After hiking to the top, there were spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez, Land's End and even up the Pacific side...a breathtaking sight! We could not have asked for more with Casa Pura Vida. Within days the friendly staff greeting us at the gate and the beauty of the house and its views made us feel like we were returning to home. We look forward to returning to Cabo and sharing it with our family and friends! Thank you!

This place was absolutely gorgeous. Our jaws dropped as we entered the villa and we could not believe this was our home for the next week. It felt like a home- not a hotel or even a rented space and we loved that! It was spotless and smelled amazing. Every morning we woke up, made coffee, and went up to the rooftop and watched the sunrise. It was a short 5 minute drive to the beach and Dawn was so helpful by showing us where to go and how to navigate in the little town of Cabo. I would recommend this place 100% for anyone who wants a relaxing vacation with priceless views. I felt like I was looking at a magazine ad of Cabo every time I looked out of the window or out from the multiple balconies. This was hands down the best vacation I have ever been on and it had much to do with staying at this villa! We're already planning the next trip to Cabo and there is no question we will stay here again.

Casa Pure Vida is the perfect vacation rental. The views are outstanding whether you're drinking coffee in the morning or having a glass of wine watching the sun set in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and has a hiking trail nearby. It's a quick 10 minute drive to the beach and into downtown Cabo where there are plenty of dining and shopping options. It was my 2nd time staying there and i will definitely be back!

I stayed at Casa Pura Vida for 4 nights and it was AMAZING! The view is to die for and the owner is very accommodating. You are about 7 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but once you get back to the house, its quiet and serene. Basically, you get the best of both worlds. I would recommend Casa Pura Vida to everyone traveling to beautiful, fun Cabo!

After staying at Pure Vida for my vacation, I cannot imagine staying anywhere else the next time I visit. The house is beautiful, the owner is incredibly responsive, and the views are amazing. The home is in a safe, gated and guarded community so security is never a concern, you are less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and the rooftop terrace makes for a great happy hour!! FIVE STARS all around. Can't wait to come back.

The location and views are better than the pictures. Anytime you travel to some place new you expect to be unsure about location, what is nearby etc. Not this time !!! Dawn was available before and during our visit. Most importantly every detail and recommendation for enjoying the area was written down for us. Perfect. The inside scoop on everything. We did not feel like rookies. We have travelled many places and are no strangers to excellence in hospitality. It is one thing have a great situation- it is a challenge to make people feel welcome and we did. We felt invited and welcome with too many personal touches to mention here. If you value quiet and private and comfortable stay here if you can. If you are looking for a frat party or pub crawl atmosphere stay on the beach. If you want a home away this is the best we could find. You can pay double and get a lot less. Great spaces for a groups, large families and the spaces are so well laid out. You really don't need to bring anything either. Fully outfitted. Fully. 10 out of 10 and would have easily got an 11 if PuraVida had a plunge pool off the master bedrooms. Highest recommendation.

This is the perfect spot for a vacation: relaxed atmosphere, beautiful house, friendly neighborhood and just the right distance everything. And to top it off the view is spectacular! Dawn is a fantastic host, we took her recommendations for everything and it turned out great. This place is not oversold in the ad and the description, everything was as expected. We are already planning another vacation with friends.

We loved our stay at the villa. It was clean, safe and just beautiful. We loved the view!! This was our second visit to Cabo and after doing the all- inclusive option the first time this was a great choice! The villa is a short drive to the beach, Walmart for shopping, downtown Cabo and San Jose. Dawn is amazing to make your stay personalized with any kind of reservations or "tips" on where the best places are to eat and enjoy. You will not regret staying here! We hope to come back soon! The villa is well-appointed, well-located, with a fantastic view of the water and downtown Cabo. And Dawn could not have been more helpful in coordinating things such as dinner reservations, activities, etc. (Her commendations were spot-on.). There is a good chance we will be back toCabo, and if so we will for sure try to rent this unfit again.

Our stay at the Vista residences was fabulous. great villa, with a fantastic view, all the amenities necessary, close to all the activities and to Cabos San Lucas. Dawn Kirk Rabon was very welcome and helpful to help us and to answer all our questions. I will recommend this place with no hesitation.
