Reviews
Gary was great - very communicative and easy to reach. The house easily accommodated our large group and is in a perfect location. We had a really great time including enjoying the fabulous views of the AC skyline at sunset and the short walk to the beach where we saw a pod of dolphins swim by. The weather was a little too wet for volleyball -- we'll have to do that next time!
House was great and Gary was extremely helpful
This house was perfect for our group. The kitchen is big with plenty of room to hang out. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a good bonus. Gary was very helpful with answering questions in a timely manner and very attentive to our needs. If you rent in the winter the first floor is a little cold I would bring an extra blanket but all around its a nice place to stay, we would definitely return.
This place was awesome, we were with a group of 8 adult males and it was more than accommodating, not bad to have an elevator to bring your belongings up to the third floor either. Highly recommended!

House was large & accommodated our large family very well. Location was great with short walk to the beach. If weather had cooperated, overall stay would have been a “10”!

Had a group of 14 for the weekend, and this place was absolutely perfect for us. Every couple had their own bedroom AND bath, the communal hang out spot (living/dining/kitchen) on the 2nd floor was exactly what we were looking for., great hang out spots outdoors, and we took full advantage of the volleyball court! Short walk to the beach was appreciated, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The owner was available at all times to answer any questions and was a perfect host. Fully recommended to anyone in the future. I wish I could give it more stars!
