Beachfront Home on 100 Foot Lot Directly on Ocean

Rustic charm inspires an old Florida feel to this spacious oceanfront home. Our family loved the open floor plan and spectacular views. The huge back deck that runs the length home basically doubles your living space. The beach here is wide and inviting and our dogs frolicked in the surf everyday. The home has everything you need and the owner is a delight and always available. If you seek that all to rare old Florida charm this well loved home will not disappoint.

Review date 4/23/19. BWe really enjoyed our time here and will be back! The home is rustic with character, not luxurious, but has everything you need for an awesome vacation. For the parents: Steps down to the beach may mean several trips but a short haul. There are boogie boards, a couple fishing rods and 3 fishing rod pvc holders. I caught enough Pompano fish right behind the house in the runout area to have a fish fry and take plenty home with us. Caps on the water is the best restaurant close by. Go around sunset.

This is a well-loved beach house! It is a no-nonsense, put your feet up and relax home....with the surf right outside the door. Furnishings are very comfortable and the art work a delight. This home is truly one of the cleanest and well stocked VRBO homes that we have rented. We came to photograph the shore birds in the rookery at the Alligator Farm but found it hard to leave this spot. Great beach walking and deck sitting all in an easy walk/drive to nearby spots for waterfront ambiance and delish seafood. Thanks, Jennifer for making this home available. Sandy and Sheila

Amazing time at this sweet beach house. Loved the huge deck and the open layout of the home. Doors off great room to hallways close for quieter napping. Great room has lots of room to hang with and right off kitchen so I could cook and interact with family. Sunny deck that also has lots of space under deck to enjoy ocean breezes without being in direct sun. Will be back time and time again.

The house is very cozy and comfortable with plenty of room. Fantastic location right on the beach with an awesome deck complete with rockers and lounging chairs. This is our 4th trip and we are looking forward to our 5th!!!! Jeff & Tammy B.

This truly was one of the most relaxing, best vacations we have ever taken! We live only 15 minutes away, but this beach rental so close to home has really stood out on top as one of our most favorite experiences! Wonderful memories were made during our stay that will surely last a lifetime! The beach house was cozy, and perfect for our family! Everything we needed was there, and the house was super clean on our arrival! We will definitely be making this one of our yearly vacations if possible! ?????????????????????????

Rent it every year.

It was my 12th visit to the area and first stay at this home. The property was very clean and the location is excellent. It is walking distance to the Reef restaurant, Caps and Aunt Kate's which are 3 of my favorites. The beach and deck were perfect. Jennifer made it super easy and was very accessible.

Great two weeks. No problem with our mastiff on the beach. Had a wonderful family get together. This was exactly what we hoped for, a classic beach house. Pompano and Whiting fishing in the surf. Worn but well equipped in a good location. Jennifer and Loretta were very accessible. Memorable and worth the long drive.
