About the Property
| This 2 bedroom, 1 bath back house is 4 houses to the ocean on 11th Ave in Belmar. The kitchen is brand new . There is one bath with a tub/shower, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a kitchen/living room combination with a kitchen table, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, etc. There is also an outside deck with a table and chairs and use of an outside shower and BBQ. One bedroom has a futon in it as well as the queen bed. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only. Thank you for observing this rule. |

This house is very close to the beach. No need to go for the full day, just come and go as you please. There are also lots of people year round so enjoy the beach off season.

House is very convenient to the beach and oceanfront restaurants. The owner was very responsive to email questions and requests.
This house was a perfect location for beach access and provided privacy by being set back from the main house and street. The location was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.
We stayed last week for a few days had a great time. The location was perfect one minute walk to beach and walkable to food and ice cream. Looking forward to staying again.
This was the perfect property for my recent vacation. I have two kids under 4 and we were so close to many things - beach, playground, ice cream (and Dunkin donuts!). The space was great for our family. Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved the location and actually wished we could own it ourselves! Tina was so responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again
We really enjoyed our stay. Being 4 houses from the beach was great for getting to the beach and walking on the boardwalk. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to stay.
We love staying in Belmar. And this little cottage is just perfect for our family of three. This is our third time now staying at Tina and Mike’s cottage, and it gets better every year. (This year we saw upgraded touches such as a new TV, iPhone jacks, and a new air conditioning unit in the back bedroom.) We bring our bikes which lets us get around to all the beaches, restaurants. Such a fun beach week! Such a great cottage!
This was the perfect find for our family vacation. Location could not have been better. Tina was very helpful and accommodating prior to our arrival and Mike was very responsive to fix a minor repair while we were there.
Quiet, comfortable property, beautifully situated so near to Ocean Avenue and the beach! A real 'home from home'
This place will fit 4 very comfortably. It was very clean and pretty well stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable but the decor could be a little better. Not really important to me though as long as the beds are good and is clean I am happy. I would stay here again. So close to the beach.
