This place is super nice, super clean with a very large kitchen with everything one could possibly need to cook - but the seafood in the area is so good - we only cooked breakfasts. The place is oversized for a condo - large rooms and living areas. The greatest spot of the whole condo is the balcony !!!! The beach is a no drive private beach - clean and fun !! Book this condo and you won't be disappointed. We loved it !! Be warned - if you bring your dog - you are not allowed to let them on the beach or the pool area. There are tiny grass areas in the front - I was SO happy we changed our mind and left our dog with our daughter.

We travel a lot and visit many condos and cabins. By far this place is just stunning. we did not want to leave. so relaxing, the sound of the waves was like heaven. very comfortable unit with everything you need. Will definitely be back and can't wait to book another trip here.

Very spacious condo. Clean and everything worked. Great tv's. The washer and drier was a such a help!!! Best part was the beach view!!

Can not say enough wonderful things about this unit. This was actually our second attempt at renting a unit. In March I booked, and paid in full, for a unit somewhere else. 3 days before our check in date, the owner of the unit sent me an email saying that our reservation had been cancelled and my money refunded. There was absolutely no explanation as to why it had been cancelled or why he waited untill 3 days before my check in date to tell me. In a complete panic, I called VRBO and they scrambled to find us another place to go. Jerry came to our rescue with very short notice and was also willing to work with us on payment since my refund for the original booking would take a few days to make it into my account. The unit has the most spectacular view from both the living room and bedroom. It was fully furnished with anything and everything we needed. Jerry contacted me several times before we arrived making sure I had all the info I needed for check in. The property was conveniently located near alot of things to do but is also not on the drivable part of the beach so it offers a little more seclusion and privacy. I can't thank Jerry enough for helping us out. We wanted a nice, relaxing, worry free vacation and that is exactly what we had. Thank you Jerry for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. We are looking forward to coming back sometime in the future.

Very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the location. Had a great view from the balcony.

We vacationed with our family of 7 and had an outstanding time. The condo was exactly as listed plus there was a roll out bed that my son thought was cool. The location was great and the check in process went very smooth. Would definitely recommend this condo and working with Jerry. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly like Jerry said and checking in was super easy. Great views, and loved the fact of no driving beach because of my children. I reccomend this to anyone

We stayed the week of July 4th. Dealing with Jerry & Mary was a breeze. The condo was in a great location. Beach front, no drive beach. Condo was super clean & very well equipped, for all of our needs. I could have just spent my whole time there, on the balcony! What a great view!! The weather was perfect, constant breeze! This was our first trip to Daytona and we wanted a relaxing vacation & that’s exactly what we got. Not far from Daytona Beach boardwalk, conveniently located near restaurants, the pier & grocery stores. Our last night was the 4th & we cooked a steak dinner, ate on the balcony, over looking the ocean & after we were done eating, the fireworks started. You could see them from the pier, to right in front of our balcony (on the 11th floor) all the way down to Ponce Inlet. Best 4th of July I’ve ever had. Didn’t have to go fight the crowds or the traffic. We just enjoyed the fireworks right from the comfort of the condo! Really great fireworks show! I highly recommend Jerry’s condo. If you stay here you won’t regret it! Hopefully we will return soon. We have told all of our friends and family about our great stay! Definitely one for the books! Thank you Jerry & Mary for a wonderful stay!! I would give it 10 stars, if I could!
