From start to finish . . . perfection. The house is lovely, comfortable and incredibly well stocked with anything you will need. The location is fantastic in that it is close to the bike path, beach, Edgartown and public transportation. Steve is an absolute pleasure to deal with and Craig will make sure you are taken well care of while on the island. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.
We had the ideal vacation at this Katama home! Steve and Craig are wonderful to work with, very responsive and clearly want to make sure you are well taken care of. The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, in a super location, while also offering much privacy. We enjoyed the heated pool, and the yard is large enough for badminton and corn hole. We made several meals at home, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There is a nice flow to the home, allowing plenty of space for both privacy and entertaining. We used the bike path every morning to run and every evening to stroll down to the beach. The shops and restaurants in Edgartown are only a short drive away, and you can walk to the Right Fork Diner for a delicious breakfast overlooking the airfield. It's a truly lovely home and you are sure to have a very memorable vacation here!
This home is a beautiful space. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close to Edgartown and South Beach. We would like to be repeat tenants.
This is a beautifully decorated home, my family loved spending our vacation in it. The beds and bedding are super comfy. The house has great outdoor spaces and the neighborhood is peaceful, yet close to Edgartown. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our week on MV, we would rent it again and highly recommend it.

After renting several different homes in MV, this was by far our favorite. Beautiful, liveable, perfect location, great pool + yard, concerned owners and service was all 5 Star!! Thank you for making it a perfect vacation. A grateful Party of Six from Florida
This house is as pictured in the on-line listing. It is more nicely decorated than most rental houses on MVY (no hand-me-down furniture and quilts). The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated. The owner and caretaker are very attentive ("call if you need anything") and responsive. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and are several umbrellas at the pool. The sun room (off the kitchen) is partially screened and is a delightful place to relax. The house is just over 1/2 mile from the beach. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor level, the living areas (LR, DR, kitchen, sun room) are on the second level, and there is a master suite on the top level (this house has a lot of stairs). The home is exceptionally well kept and very clean. I would recommend this rental and would stay here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is big enough but not too big, tastefully designed and decorated, with plenty of space for conversation and relaxation. The location was perfect. We have stayed at many properties on MV and this house was fantastic...quick bike ride (3 minutes) to South Beach, walking path across the street, great little yard (but big enough) for family games. Will definitely visit the property again!
This house is amazing! Everything about it is perfection. If you could dream up your perfect Vineyard home, this is it. Steve, the owner, is terrific and was always available to answer any question we had about the house before we arrived. We were greeted by Craig, the caretaker who showed us around the house and couldn't have been more courteous and friendly. If you want a perfect Vineyard vacation home, this is it!!!!
We stayed here for the second time this year and truly enjoyed it once again! The home is absolutely beautiful, immaculate, and in an ideal location. It is spacious enough to allow for privacy, while also perfect for entertaining. You are within walking distance to the bike trail, so we enjoyed the safety of the trail to run in the mornings and walk down to the beach during the day and evenings. You are also within walking distance of the Right Fork Diner, where you can enjoy breakfast while overlooking the airfield! Downtown Edgartown is only a short drive away, so we enjoyed the delicious restaurants (Chesca's, Detente, Le Toile, 19 Raw... and yes Mad Marthas!) and shops close to home! Steve and Craig are wonderful to work with and very responsive. They are genuinely interested in making sure you have everything you need! We can't wait to return to this lovely home again next year!
