The living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook and bedrooms are all tastefully decorated with comfortable and relaxing ambiance. The bedrooms are furnished with a king, a queen and two twin sized beds. Each of the three bedroom has its own full bath. The master bath is oversized with a walk-in glass block shower, separate soaking tub, double sinks, and walkin closet. You can walk out to the 174 sqft balcony from the Master bedroom and the living room sliding glass doors, where you can sit and enjoy the scenic breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. You may also enjoy fabulous views from every room through large picture windows and sliding glass doors. The property was what I excepted and much more. Everything was decorated with taste everything was well taken cared of. And the owners are very nice. They even recommended restaurants in the surrounding area. The view was great. Really enjoyed the Chocolate Factory! And Bubba Gumps!

Our time spent in this condo was great!!! Everything from arrival on was perfect. The owners were extremely helpful and provided the most well stocked unit we've ever stayed in. All we needed was our clothes! The views are breathtaking from the ocean front balcony as well as from the back bedrooms out to the intercoastal. We have already booked for next year and cannot wait to be back!
So enjoyed our time in this condo.. So comfortable. Fantastic views from the corner condo of beachfront and the river. Owners are wonderful. Going back next year!
Fabulous! We’ve stayed here twice, and this is so nice, we are booking it again for next year. Spacious, comfortable, with tasteful décor, well stocked with amenities, it is like home away from home. The owners are gracious and so pleasant to deal with, they truly make you feel welcome. It offers breathtaking views of the ocean and inland waterway, 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a well equipped indoor gym, private beach access, and underground parking. You can’t find a better rental condo for the price in the Daytona Beach area! Richard, Bethlehem PA

No problems. The smoke alarm battery went out and began that chirping noise. The owner was there in 15 minutes with a fresh battery. Herb and Doris were great.
I've been spending a good part of the winter at Herb & Doris' condo for almost a decade. They are excellent, caring hosts, and the condo is clean and welcoming. Everything in the condo works perfectly, and there is an excellent reserved ground floor parking spot in a semi-private garage with motorized door. I don't use the beach, pool or other facilities, as I am here for work, in the winter, but the general upkeep looks good. I would highly recommend both the condo and the hosts, they are fantastic!
My family and I had a wonderful 2 week stay at Herb and Doris’s condo. It was our 2nd year staying here and looking forward to our 3rd stay next summer!
