Phone and wireless internet are available in the den, which also includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The patio of the house faces south and is the perfect spot for sunbathing and working on your tan. The electrically heated pool and a variety of patio furniture and lounge chairs invite you to slow down a bit, relax, enjoy your vacation. Prepare delicious steaks or seafood on the gas grill and watch the sunset while sipping a cool drink. If you rent a boat, you can explore Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Pine Island, or Fort Myers Beach. Villa Cape is an inviting vacation home with attractive furnishings, comfortably sleeping six. Hi Brigitte, I just talked to a man from Berlin Germany who is looking for a rental for February and March next year. I gave him your business card. I would like to mention that Russell has been very nice to talk to and he helped when we had questions . He is very knowledgable about Florida and the animals, birds and fish found here. Our arrival date is Saturday, March 10 and we will be departing on Friday, March 16. Last year was our first time vacationing in Cape Coral and we absolutely loved the area! The villa was beautiful and suited our needs very well. Hopefully you can accommodate us again.
