Lakefront Mountain Home in Highland Lakes, NJ

The home is very cozy very well kept and very comfortable. We only had a minor issue and it was addressed promptly. I would definitely recommend the home for any family vacation.

This cabin on the lake in the mountains of North Jersey was nothing but AWESOME! The cabin is large and well maintained. The view from the cabin overlooking the lake was beautiful. We had snow and built a snowman, went sledding, played on the ice frozen lake and went ice skating. We would do it all over again. We would love to take a trip during the summer to the same cabin. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful cabin.

The pictures didn't do this beautiful home justice. We had guests ranging from 10 years old to 75 years old. Our stay was beyond what we expected. The home is huge and very clean. Katy was very attentive to all messages and replied quickly. The favorite part of the home for everyone was the huge dining and living area. We gathered every morning and evening for meals and conversation. The younger ones loved their loft that was quite private. My husband and I greatly enjoyed the master bedroom. It was completely private and the view was astonishing. Our older friends enjoyed the main level and not having to climb stairs. Katy keeps the house well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish tabs, foil, plastic bags and wrap, soap, etc. The fire pit was wonderful for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs and enjoying the beautiful breeze and sunset. We traveled 14 hours to visit and it was worth every minute. Thank you Katy for sharing your beautiful home!

The location was great for the tours we took in Warwick and Walkill, the MET was wonderful. We were challenged by just having 2 bathrooms but when your sitting by the beautiful lake with a fire and the people you love most all around, nothing else mattered. The beds were comfortable and the views from every window made even the rainy days great!!

My family and I spent a great week at the lake. Even though it rained or was cloudy much of the week, there was ample room in the house and lots for everyone to do. This was our second visit to Highland Lakes and this home and we will be returning again when we are ready for another get away!

Great vacation! Without doubt among the most beautiful. The house is really charming, well equipped and clean. Nothing is missing. The setting is beautiful and calm very appreciated. We were all charmed. Congratulations and thank you for having enjoyed this stay. We would love to come back.

This house was the perfect spot to stay with 4 young children while we toured Warwick, Patterson, and Walkill. The house had everything we could ever need. It was very clean and it was beautiful. The pictures do not do this amazing house justice. We loved being able to boat out on the beautiful lake and sit down by the fire pit at night. A perfect vacation spot for our east coast adventure, we could not have asked for anything more!

This house has amazing lake views all over the house, not just the master bedroom. We were a party of 10 and met for a family vacation. We were very comfortable. This house is very well stocked so anything you think you might need, they have.

The house was amazing. We wanted an authentic lake home experience and we got it! The home was very clean, stocked with all the amenities, beds were comfortable and the view of the lake was breathtaking! Home owner was extremely responsive too! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the home and experience!

As soon as we walked it the house smelled clean. Everything was set up nicely, and easy to use. An absolute gorgeous house right next to the lake. I would absolutely rent this place again

This home is roomy, very well-equipped and then some, full of light and great views of the lake and the trees. It is a gorgeous home! We had up to 11 people staying here for a family gathering in September. We never felt crowded. There were a crib and a high chair for the granddaughter. We enjoyed walks around the lake, visits to the beaches (it was warm enough for swimming), many boat rides, and lots of time cooking, eating and visiting. We had an excursion to Warwick which we all enjoyed. There are lots of extra blankets and linens, toys and books, and more than the basics in the kitchen. Comfortable!

Beautiful house in fabulous location... amazing sunsets each eve! House is very well equipped and katy is more than helpful.. will definitely visit again
