This is a 3 bedroom (1 queen, 2 doubles), 2 bath home centrally located to Acadia National Park, the other island towns, and Bar Harbor with all the amenities of home. We provide everything you need - all cookware, dishes, linens, soaps (dish, laundry, bath), basic cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer and dryer. There is cable TV, phone, and WiFi. There's a BBQ grill on the deck with chairs and a picnic table and patio table with umbrellas on the lawn. |

This was a great place for our family. Convient to Acadia and Bar Harbor. It is exactly as the pictures show. Janice was a great host. She was very pleasant and made the check in and out very simple. We are hoping to return to the are in the future and will definitely stay here again if it is available.
My family and I stayed at this home for one week in mid may. We had everything that we needed and more for a comfortable and fun visit. The house was fully equipped for both indoor and outdoor activity and was set in a pretty quiet, and convenient location. Janice, our hostess was extremely helpful and friendly. We would rent this property again when visiting Bar Harbor.
House was clean and very well supplied. Very comfortable. Owner was very attentive when our wifi was not working. Would stay here again.
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It's a nice house in a wooded setting, a few houses close by, but a quiet setting. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond to the couple calls we made to her. The house has everything you would need for a comfortable stay on MDI. The park, trails, the ocean... everything just a few minutes drive!
This is a great little cottage to use as a homebase for exploring Acadia NP and Bar Harbor. It's less than 10 minutes from Bar Harbor and getting on the park loop road was easy too. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed when we decided to cook dinner at home. Although, I couldn't find grill tools and tongs would've been nice the day I grilled. The kitchen drawers fell apart during our stay. It looked as if a previous renter tried to rig the tracks with tape and zip ties and it didn't hold together. The owner was easy to reach, if we needed her for anything. There are plenty of useful books and brochures in the house for the local sites. We will most likely rent this property again when we return to Acadia.
Clean and comfortable. Good location as a base for all our activities.
We really enjoyed our stay, everything about this property was great. Fast wifi, comfy beds and couch, fast/hot shower.
