Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home, each bedroom with it's own flat screen television, chef's kitchen, pool table, large private tropical back yard with pool and spa, grassy play areas, children's play house with swing set. Also don't miss the roof deck for viewing our amazing painted sky sunsets. Property is approximately 3300 square feet with a 3 car garage on just over an acre of land. Set up to sleep 8 but could accommodate more. Please inquire if you would like the pool heated. |
Why Kids Love It
Huge grassy yard with a playhouse and swing set will keep kids active for hours! The heated pool is a favorite for kids and adults! There is a closet full of games and toys to keep the kids occupied after a long day. Internet ready TV's are available in every bedroom as well as by the pool table and in the family room. There is a DVD player in the family room and master suite if your kids bring along their favorites! Pack-N-Plays and a high chair are also available at the home.

Additional Guest Fee of $25/night over 7 guests. Spa heat is included with rent. Pool heat is available for $50/night and is necessary if you intend to use the pool from approximately October through May. June through September, pool heat is typically not needed. |

Property was in a great location. We enjoyed the surrounding area and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
Our group of 4 golfers stayed 3 nights at this outstanding home for a golf trip in Scottsdale. The home was extremely clean and comfortable, and well equipped for every need. It was also convenient to golf, shopping and restaurants in the North Scottsdale area. Highly recommended!!
Well stocked house with everything....I mean everything. Rooms were large and beds super comfy. House was huge. Pool was perfect and relaxing. It was a great location, shops were close. Quiet neighborhood. We would defined stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay

We absolutely love this home. Pictures are spot on. Location and atmosphere are impeccable. This has been a couple get away for me and my husband, and a family get away. We love this home and appreciate all that Greg and Laura do to make it the perfect vacation retreat.
Greg and Laura are great to work with. We had a number of things go wrong not related to our stay, and they were very accommodating and willing to help. The property it's self is spectacular, very well kept, and they have provided just about anything you could want for convenience or entertainment. This is our second year staying at this property, and we can't wait to get back there next year.
The girls and I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the place very much! Loved laying by the pool and all the scenery. Very good at communicating with us about the property as well!
