You will enjoy the sugar white Sandestin beach, entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and the best lagoon swimming pool in Sandestin! The cooler weather invites you to enjoy the outdoor fireplace and jacuzzi.
The colors of the sand and sea are reflected in the relaxing decor of our beautifully furnished second level vacation home. There is a comfortable family room with plenty of cushy seating and a flat screen television for the family. Step out onto our oversized wraparound balcony and enjoy the poolside and resort view! Entertaining friends outdoors is a pleasure with generous seating for eight guests.
Our kitchen, with granite countertops is fully stocked with everything you will need to serve delicious meals for your family & friends. The dining area seats six guests with additional bar seating for three. Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with Ralph Lauren designer linens, a spacious closet, a television area, and a master bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom features a double and a twin bed with tasteful, whimsical designer linens, a closet, and television with DVD player. For your convenience, our vacation home offers a washer and dryer, garage parking and elevator entrance.
The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of Sandestin. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.
The beach in Sandestin is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the FINZ pool. There is miniature golf in the resort. Adults can enjoy golf on several different courses. Information can be picked up at the resort registration.

The weather kicked us out of Sandestin early (Hurricane Michael), but the condo and Baytowne Wharf property is very well taken care of. We had the use of the golf cart which my kiddos loved riding in. The condo owner and manager were both very responsive and geniunely were concerned and would keep us informed on the Hurricane warnings and changes. They were more than fair when we had to evacuate early. We loved our stay, but wish it was longer.
Thank you for sharing your property! From the beginning stages of booking we were impressed with the owner's communication. Every part of our stay was very easy. We had all of the amenities that we needed. The beds were very comfortable! We slept great. Teens slept on the sofa bed and even said it was pretty comfortable! We enjoyed our view of the pool deck and would sit on the balcony watching squirrels in the trees. Peace and quiet abound. We added the golf cart and really enjoyed having that added transportation without moving our car. We drove it to Publix for a few groceries, the candy store, the beach, and to explore around the property. It was the way to go! We wouldn't hesitate to return again. Sandestin is becoming our second home, and this is a great easy property.
Our family of 4 had a WONDERFUL stay over spring break. It is beautifully decorated in a wonderful location in Sandestin Resort. The outdoor space with the corner balcony was our favorite spot! We had excellent communication with the owners, and the unit manager. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Destin area, and do yourself a favor and include the golf cart with your stay! Such a fun way to enjoy the property! This condo is in a great location and my favorite part is the balcony, comfortable chairs to relax and overlooks the pool This is our second stay there and all went well Manager was quick to reply to our needs
We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back! The property matches the description and is in a perfect location. You are close to restaurants and a short golf cart ride to the beach and Grand Blvd. With two young kids it was such a life saver to be so close the playground and everything else to keep them amused. The property is clean and has just about everything you could need. Property management and owner were very responsive to any questions.
This was a great corner unit with a large corner balcony over looking the pool and gardens. Love Sandestin, this property was one of the best we have stayed in at this resort. Golf cart made travel easy and only used the car when dining off property. Will return again.
Very nice place to stay. Well equipped and gorgeous view of Baytowne courtyard and pool. Large porch to relax on with comfortable furnishings.
