Backyard is located on large lake with view of wildlife sanctuary and estuary. VERY private backyard (can't see any neighbors). Seven minute walk to outstanding community pool with restaurant/bar and fitness club. Golf course, seven tennis courts and eight pickleball courts. Fifteen minute drive to downtown Naples, Naples Pier and beaches. House has three full bedrooms with TV's and one bedroom with a double murphy bed that converts to a private study. Master bedroom has large ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Modern kitchen with dinette. Three bathrooms. Dining room, family room, laundy room and three car garage. Policies & Payments
Payment Policies
| In addition to the rental rates, there are optional fees for golf and for the Rilissari area. This includes the community pool, pool bar and the fitness area. If you want to golf, you will need to pay a one-time transfer fee of $200 (taxes included) payable to Treviso bay Golf Club before you arrive. This allows for two people to play an unlimited number of times without paying a tee time. However, you will need to pay for the golf cart. This costs $26 (taxes included) per person each time you play. If you want access to the community pool, pool bar, gym, spa and fitness area, you will need a HOA card (Home Owner's Association). The fee for this card is $250 (taxes included) which stays active for the length of your reservation. This fee is paid to the Treviso Bay HOA before you check-in. Rental fees are subject to 5% state tax and 5% county tax which are remitted to these authorities. |
