The condo is in a quiet community with easy access to the beach with a short drive to a quaint downtown. We didn't miss the busy traffic and crowds in Southern Florida this Spring Break. The weather was great and the owner is more than accommodating. The pool and fitness area are great too. We visited in early April so the pool water was a bit cold and pool services were not available. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Great place for a break from every day life. The condo unit was as presented with no issues. Great setting and view. More than adequate size and furnishings for our three generation party of six.
We rented this condo for a month and gave each of our children a week's vacation - this was their Christmas gift! They had a ball! Taking their friends and enjoying the beach, the pool, the downtown area - it was just so much fun for them and us. Of course we took a week also and everything was so easy and just as described. I hope to go back! It was a wonderful experience for all us - thanks so much Leslie and Jeni ! What a memory!
We had a great family vacation at this property. Conveniently located near Ritz and on the beach. Stellar views of beach and awesome pool. Spacious 3BR condo with all needed amenities. Owner was a gracious host with attention to details. We plan to stay here again!!

This condo is in a great location to the pool and the beach. The pool is well managed and has food/beverages. Of course we think Amelia Island is a special area! Our condo was clean, well stocked, and attractive. The owner and the property manager are accommodating and so pleasant ! Great trip!
We had a wonderful week in Amelia and this condo unit was the perfect place for us. There we three adults and 3 teenage boys. We all had our own space and plenty of room (although the kitchen is tight if more than one person is try to get food at the same time). The unit was beautiful and bright and clean! Love the white wood shutters in the master bedroom!

We enjoyed the property and found it to have all we needed for our entire stay at Amelia Island. Jeni and Leslie were friendly and professional greeting our arrival. Three couples traveled there to stay. We liked the proximity to the Ritz a short distance nearby. Our property was right next to the beach club. Nice living area to entertain. The showers were updated and the living area overall was spacious for six of us. The deck overlooks the ocean and views were a plus during our stay.
