The view from 1109 is just perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony from morning to evening! The condo is also very beautifully decorated! We love this condo and hope to return soon! If you are looking for a great condo in PCB...this is it!
My wife, grandson and I really enjoyed staying here. The unit is on the 11th floor and it was very clean, well decorated and maintained. This unit included a dedicated parking spot in the parking garage that's located at the base of the building. P2-25 is on the 2nd level next to the elevator lobby, which is very helpful when loading or unloading a vehicle. We have a Suburban which fitted nicely in the space. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils anyone could need. We had plenty of towels and wash clothes as well. Being an end unit, the balcony is very nice with an unobstructed gulf and west view. It has excellent outdoor furniture and is large enough to accommodate several people. The entire unit appears to have been decorated recently. All the beds were very comfortable. The furniture throughout the unit was nice as well. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Free parking and beach service was a plus. Elevators were never a problem. Tropic Winds is conveniently located about 10 minutes west of Pier Park, and a half mile or so, south of Hwy 98 (Back Beach Rd). Working with Scott is a pleasure and he keeps you updated on the unit availability for your visit. We plan to stay here again on future visits to the Panama City Beach area.
My family and I had a great week!! The condo was beautiful and the views were breathtaking from the balcony. Would recommend the condo to anyone that was looking for a great place to stay on the beach.
