About the Property
Anna Maria Island is a family-oriented vacation destination with a laid-back feel. The island has a very relaxing atmosphere. The beautiful, world-famous white beaches and friendly character of the island will make you want to come back again and again. BEDROOMS 5 Bedrooms/ 7 Beds Our home has 5 bedrooms that are all comfortably apart from each other in the house, accommodating for the privacy of members of your group. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT SCREEN TVs & CABLE. Three TV's are Smart TVs, Netflix, or HULU ready. The master suite has a Sterns & Foster king bed, and a master bath equipped with two shower heads, and penny tiled flooring. Also, the master bath is connected to the outdoor bamboo shower. Bedroom two is upstairs off the kitchen and has a queen bed that easily glides out from the wall. Partitioned from the rest of the room by collapsable doors, a sleeping nook with fun lighting includes a cozy double bed . This bedroom also comes with an ensuite two person deluxe shower with wall-mounted shower jets, bluetooth shower music system, and optional blue LED lighting. Bedrooms three & four both have queen beds. Bedroom five is the kids' sanctuary with a queen and double on the loft-like bunk bed. There is a two-person old-school style tabletop multicade with 60 arcade classics from the 80's. Wii gaming system with a few games and controllers is also in the kids' room. Please feel free to bring your favorite games to play. KITCHEN The kitchen has an open-air feel and plenty of space for a large group. There are granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary utensils you may need. The kitchen eating area accommodates six, and the rest of the gang can hang around the granite island which seats 2-4, or the foyer cocktail table that seats 4 more. Do not forget the larger outside table. LIVING ROOM Watch television on the large 60" flat screen smart TV with cable/DVR. There is a leather sectional likely to fit the whole crew. At the end of the room is a closet packed full with board games. HEATED POOL/ SPA Finally, relax in your private lagoon-like pool with a tanning ledge, swim up tiki table, infinity edge hot tub/spa, waterfall, deck jets, and a volcano bubbler jet on the tanning ledge. There is LED pool and spa lighting with variable color settings with the touch of a button. Landscape lighting provides a resort-like feel and is throughout the property. The pool is heated year round to 85 degrees or better at no additional charge. Forget your worries, "you're on island time" and yes, you'll "be back again." GOLF CART Available with signed liability waiver and proof of insurance. We do ask for a signed hold harmless waiver and proof of driver(s) insurance card. Most provide for something referred to as SEV coverage (Slow Electric Vehicle coverage), which is typical on most Ins. policies, Auto or Home Owners. Use it throughout your stay and for fun/easy access around the island side streets and to the beach. Trust me, it's the best way to get your gear to the beach!! OTHERS It is just three blocks to white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Take a 5 minute walk or a 90 second golf cart ride. Easy parking at the beach access. There are many beach toys and supplies available for you to you use. Including a cooler. Feel free to use our toys including a soft top learning surf board. We only ask that you please treat all the gear well and wash off the salt water after use. Thanks in advance. Nearby are the wonderful shops, and restaurants that Holmes Beach has to offer. PUBLIX shopping center is 1.2 miles away. WIFI internet access provided. New A/C was installed Sept. 2017. Top of the line front loader washer and dryer included. Two collapsable baby cribs (or pack-n-play's) are there for your use as well. Large Weber grill and two lounge chairs on the patio. We update our house regularly to ensure it is in in prime condition so guests can have their best stay. |

Payment Policies
Call for special pricing for monthly stays. Conversations are better then emails. We truly prefer to rent Saturday to Saturday. All rental fees are refundable if the property is re-rented, less any applicable price difference. The pool is heated to 84-85 degrees at all times for no additional fee. The golf cart is yours to use. We do need a signed release of liability, copy of drivers license and auto insurance card prior to check in if you plan on using the cart during your stay... |

We had a fabulous stay at this home with our children & grandchildren. Very clean, and has everything you will need so you just bring your cloths ?????????? We loved heading to the beach in the golf cart provided ..beach toys were great also.. oh and bikes are provided too.. seriously the owners have provided so much to make your stay great! We have rented many homes .. this one is a clear favorite !
Our family of 13 stayed here to celebrate our daughters wedding on the island, the property was perfect for us, plenty of space, we loved the sofa, we had many happy nights all watching a film together, the children made good use of the pool and lots of happy memories were created here over our two week stay and we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property, Jules
Our group of 8 had a lovely stay at Casa Laguna! It was quite spacious and had so many amenities that we all appreciated. They certainly thought of everything you could possibly need during our stay from April 20-27. The property was well stocked inside and out from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and coolers. We always had plenty of beach towels, bath towels, extra blankets and pillows.....they have it all! All the bedrooms were big and our girls loved their private bedroom and bath upstairs. The location was perfect and having a golf cart to carry your chairs, beach floats, and coolers was a bonus. The pool was amazing and the landscaping made you feel as if you were on a tropical island for sure! Thank you Darby Family for letting us rent your beautiful home, we can't wait to return! C. This is truly a from home. All the amenities you could need and plenty of space to accommodate. Property owners quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended.
A group of my girlfriends joined me for a mini vacation on Anna Maria Island and we all fell in love with the location and especially this beautiful home. It was decorated so perfectly with a beach theme. It contained absolutely everything you could ever need in a rental home and was spotlessly clean.
My wife & I brought our children & grandkids to the property and all of us were wowed by the house, its location & its ameneites. We spent hours in the pool. The kids loved the golf cart rides. Our quibbles: my wife wished there was at least one bathtub to bathe the baby, some of the beach umbrellas & beach chairs need to be replaced, it would be helpful to provide written instructions as to how to operate the televisions as there are multiple remotes & the confirmation had the wrong entry code for the front door. Fortunately, the owner called & left a message on our voicemail with the correct entry code. As I said, these are quibbles and all of us highly recommend staying at Casa Laguna.
My family and I really enjoyed this house. We had a larger group of 15 people and we couldn't have been more pleased. The pool and back yard made this house even better. It's a huge pool and has an awesome backyard setup. You have a nice grill, nice tiki bar, and the kids loved the in pool basketball set up. The house is 3 blocks from the beach but we timed it and it was only about 6 minutes. The owner communicated with us very well and I literally have no complaints. We are already looking at dates to book it again. Thank you all for a fantastic week at our favorite island!!
What an amazing property!! All the amenities... the extras... so wonderful!!! Our only complaint— the yucky smell upstairs, which the owner is trying to deal with. We had a great week together and are so very thankful ??????????????
