WEEKNIGHT RATES ARE FOR 1-SIDE ONLY!!! If you want or inquire about any 2-night stay Sunday thru Thursday the ONLINE rate calculator will only calculate for 1-side. If you require both sides (11-20 guests) send the inquiry anyway and I will edit the request with the correct price. Be sure to tell the correct number of guests! ALL Summer weekends are always THURSDAY at 5pm to SUNDAY at noon and you must reserve BOTH sides of the duplex. WEEKNIGHT rentals always start Sunday (if available) at 5pm are two-night minimum. You can rent ONLY ONE SIDE if you wish on WEEKNIGHTS. All summer weeknight rates are based on parties of 20 or less using both sides of the duplex. You can rent ONE SIDE of the duplex (if available) for groups of 10 or less at a reduced rate. Enter your info and "request to book" and I will email back with the reduced/correct rates. Even if you rent both sides on weeknights, I reduce the third and reduce more the fourth night. The stupid rate grid does NOT allow me to configure this online and especially for 1-side only or both sides!!! WEEKNIGHTS are two-night minimum and generally start on Sunday at 5pm if Sunday is available. The popular tube chute is about 400 yards down river from the duplex. You must rent both sides of the duplex to reserve a summer weekend (May, June, July and August). This part of the GUADALUPE RIVER is the prime tubing section of the river. New Braunfels silly beer restriction laws DO NOT APPLY anywhere on this area of the Guadalupe. If the online calendar indicates reserved then BOTH sides are booked. During the summer you must book both sides on all weekends. There are tube, raft, and other rental outfitters within walking distance of either duplex. Although most of our guests float and/or tube the Guadalupe, Schlitterbahn is close by in New Braunfels and Fiesta Texas is a short drive to San Antonio as well as Natural Bridge Caverns, Wild Animal Park and the “Dirty Jobs” famous New Braunfels Snake Farm. The Tanger Outlet Mall is 30 minutes away in San Marcos, There is Gruene Hall just down the road in Gruene, Texas as well as the monthly Gruene Market Days and Wimberly, Texas. The accommodations for the ENTIRE duplex is as follows: Two fully-equipped kitchens, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleeper/sofa each, 2 lofts have 1 queen bed and 1 queen futon each, 2 greatrooms have 1 queen sleeper/sofa and 1 queen futon each and 2 very nice bathrooms. In addition there are 2 outdoor showers. One is enclosed and has hot and cold running water while the other is completely open with cold water rinse only. |

Great place to get away from the hustle of home and just relax by the river! The goats on the cliff across the river were a nice surprise in the mornings! We'll be back!
16 Men for a bachelor party. Worked perfectly. Yard was plenty big for grilling out and playing games. Enough sleeping room, nice kitchen area on each side, deck suitable for hanging out on, plenty of river front to tie up and float on, owners are easy going to deal with, good A/C. Not sure what else you could ask for in a rental spot for a weekend. There is a General Store and fun bar very close walking distance for when you need more ice or small supplies. Structure of the home is larger than it appears in the photos. 10/10 would rent again.
Stayed Thursday-Sunday with a group of 12. Had a blast. Could have easily fit several more people. The place is amazing. Well maintained, great location on the river, wonderful outdoor area... Can’t say enough good things about it. We will definitely be back!

The house was great! We rented both side and plenty of room for our big party of adults down to toddlers. The short water to the river was the best part of the property. Great location on the Guadalupe.
My staff and I rented both sides as 14 of us stayed there. Could not recommend a better place to stay. Plenty of space, the view is incredible, and river access is great! Next time we will buy tubes from Amazon to float in. We drove to Walmart and bought for $14 each instead of $22 a day. But, we cooked out, made meals every time and had a blast. Very easy check in, very clean, good AC. All you can ask. Thanks!

My friends and I have been camping in New Braunfels for 15 years. Since some of us turned 40 this year we thought is would be nice to sleep in a real bed. We rented the Guadalupe Riverfront Duplex and 19 of my closest friends and I loaded up. I was extremely skeptical that we would be stepping all over each other, but that wasn't the case. We rented both sides and the houses were plenty big for 20 people and most importantly they were CLEAN! Perfect location on River Road as well. Definitely would stay there again.
Micheal and his staff was very easy to get a hold of when we had a tree limb fall. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice and clean place.
