This house was perfect for our spring getaway. The huge windows overlooking the ocean, the cozy fireplace and the well-stocked kitchen were just a few of the reasons we loved this house. We also loved collecting seashells on the private beach. The home was well-maintained and very comfortable. It is obvious that the owners take pride in making sure that their guests have a great stay. I would not hesitate to return to this gem of a house.
You will have the luxury of embracing the ocean in your own arms, really. We had a blast here, a memorable vacation. Some doors have to be replaced For easier access to the beach and deck from the back of the house.
The house is in such a beautiful location - there is plenty of space for a large group. We had 7 women, and we still had plenty of space to sleep others. The amount of bathrooms was perfectly accommodating as well. I could still be sitting on the andirondeck chairs taking in the sunset and ocean breeze. The house has some quirkiness to it with its layout, but nothing that would keep me from coming back. It has character and charm, and the large windows in the living room and master bedroom give so much light in the house during the day. It's an amazing view to wake up to. We enjyoyed our time on Cape Cod, and we would recommend this property!! thank you for sharing your home with us!!
Walking into the living room just took my breath away. THE most amazing view. There were six of us, so the 3 bedrooms with baths each was perfect. Whether you are coming out of Boston or Providence take Exit 9 off of Route 6 to the Ring Bros Marketplace. It has EVERYTHING you need for your stay. There is a Chatham Fish market tucked in there, a bakery, groceries, wines, and firewood. We also went to another Chatham Fish mkt one morning to order lobsters for the evening meal. (There is a large lobster pot on the lower level of the house) They said they were willing to cook the lobsters for us and put them in insulated bags for pick up at 5:30. Picked up a couple of salads there took it back to the house and feasted. Also had dinner at the Ocean House. Yes, the layout of the house IS a little quirky but you get used to it. We all just had the very best time.
Beautiful house. Super location and wonderful space
Our family had a great vacation in Yiping’s oceanfront home. This property is one of a kind and we are thankful for the opportunity in staying here. Layout and architecture of the home is amazing and well designed. Communication was fantastic from beginning to end with Yiping. No one in their right mind could say anything negative about this amazing property.
