Cape Cod Oceanfront Beachfront New Condo with Ocean View & Private Sandy Beach!

Great, convenient, clean place to stay! End unit, second floor gives great privacy and the fireplace made it cozy.

I would highly recommend this rental property! The condo is perfect for a family. Clean and nicely equipped. The master bedroom patio has a beautiful view of the ocean. We absolutely loved listening to the waves at night. My children fell in love with the small private beach. At first I admit, I was taken back by how small it seemed but it ended up being our favorite beach of the several we visited. It felt so private like our own little escape and the waves were perfect for my kids. Yiping provided great communication with recommendations for restaurants/things to do and made for a very easy stay. Our family would absolutely return again!

The condo unit was perfect for a short trip with my wife and daughter. This is probably the premier unit in the complex, with a corner location on the 2nd floor and a balcony off the bedroom facing the water. The waves are audible from the unit. Having the private beach is very nice as well and it provided a perfect swimming opportunity in surprisingly tranquil (and warm) waters. The unit itself is well laid out, with two full bathrooms making it ideal for families or multiple couples. The location is walkable to other beach waterside restaurants and even the downtown of Dennis Port was close enough to get to on foot for us New Yorkers! The town is close to Harwich too, providing good shopping and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive. We especially liked Rory's market for food and Buckie's for coffee and pastries within Dennis Port. Yiping was very communicative and the unit was clean and stocked with pots, pans, and other staples. Overall, I highly recommend Yiping's condo for a quiet getaway on the Cape!

Loved waking up to the ocean every morning and being able to enjoy the patio in the evenings. The property is just how it looks in pictures. Communicating with Yiping was easy and he was very responsive to any issues that came up. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great location! 30 second walk to the little private beach! Walking distance to Sundae School ice cream and cute restaurant and Tiki Bar! Only compliant was that check in was at 4pm and it wasn’t fully cleaned and ready for us til close to 5-5:30 but we contacted the owner who was great and speedy to call me back about that matter!

Property has an amazing view. Located closed to restaurants and bars. Would definitely rent again!

The property is exactly as pictured. The owner was awesome in regards to communicating as far as getting all information to us in a timely manner, gave us recommendations and even checked to make sure all was okay at the property once we got there.

We went for a weekend, during the cold February winter and yet we enjoy the house and the surrounding. The view from the master bedroom is lovely. The house was clean and comfortable, the gas fireplace was very enjoyable.

I frequent the Cape every October and always look for something with a ocean view. This condo was just that! Right on the water, unit was adorable and clean. Yiping, the owner checked on me upon arrival and made sure to ask if I needed anything. The only thing I requested was a life jacket as it was a bad storm and the winds were howling to 72 mph. Kidding aside, I would highly recommend this property. Yiping was very easy to communicate with. I knew if I called him he would immediately pick up the phone. Kudos to Yiping.
