Our Home is nestled in a quiet setting. Interior boasts two full baths and kitchen done in granite, slate and travertine. Four bedrooms, patio and large yard. Start a fire in the fire pit and roast marshmallows. It's a great place to sit back and relax.
The cottage is close to the beach (400 yards) where you can relax and enjoy amazing sunsets or walk for miles in either direction along the shores of Lake Michigan. NEW! Playground overlooking Lake Michigan and beach.
Just a mile down the road is a Convenient Store and DiMaggio's Pizza (5 star) the pizza sauce and crust and all spaghetti sauces are home-made.
If you enjoy antiques, farm markets, wineries and inland lakes, Coloma is about 10 minutes east. We are about 10 minutes north of St. Joseph and 15 minutes South of South Haven. Both of these cities offer dining, shopping, bike rentals, fishing, and other summer activities.

It was a great place to stay for my friend and our kids. It was clean and comfortable. Everything was updated and we had everything we needed. It was an easy 15 minute drive to St. Joseph where we spent most of our stay because the beach was so nice and it had so much for the kids to do. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Great location close to beaches and plenty of stuff to do. Quite location with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

This house was the perfect space for our family of 6. We really wanted a place where we could spread out and relax between vacation activities - and with 4 bedrooms and two common areas, we had more than enough room to do just that. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes we could ever need, so we were able to have several meals at the house. We only used one of the TV's - it had cable and smart TV options and worked perfectly. Three of the bedrooms were downstairs and the master bedroom and main TV room were upstairs, so that provided a nice separation once the kids were in bed. The one detail I would point out to families with small children is the stairs down to the bedrooms are fairly steep, so you might consider bringing a baby gate with you. The house is in an excellent location - it was only about a 10 min drive to St. Joseph, which is where we spent most of our time.The neighborhood was calm and quiet. A grill and outdoor games are provided, but we didn't have a chance to use any of those things. The owner of the house was easily accessible if any issues arose (none did) and he made us feel very welcome. We love St. Joseph and will certainly be returning to this house when we vacation there again.
We had a great time and the location is good. 15 mins to st Joseph, which is really nice downtown. 1 minute drive to the park to go to the beach at Lake Michigan. We had to drive it because we had so much stuff to bring to the beach with the kids. It's about a 6 minute walk to the park. The only downfall for the house is that there isn't a bathroom in the basement area. Other than that, worked out great.
