About the Property
The Gathering Place is a home located within walking distance to Sioux Falls' wonderful downtown. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and lots of living space. A private, fenced in backyard is a great space for bar-b-ques, backyard games and just relaxing. Our main floor is handicap accessible and there is convenient parking in the back of the house. The home is a beautiful and unique space to gather and spend time together with family and friends. The space We allow pets on a case by case basis. An extra deposit is required if we do say yes. Other things to note We do not live at this home. We designed The Gathering Place to be a place with a homey atmosphere for guests to rent for events or overnight stays. If you plan to have an event while at the house, please let us know and we will do the set up of the tables, chairs and other furniture for you before you check in. |

Cindy's house is beautiful and has so much space! We loved spending time in the backyard and the dining rooms gave us plenty of room for games. Cindy was very accomidating and easy to communicate with. I would highly reccommend staying here!
