About the Property
Private, secluded villa faces Florida Bay in view of the fabulous Everglades. Located in a lush tropical hammock in a quiet residential area (rare). The villa is approx. 50 feet from the water. The property contains a wading beach and a free marina with night lights, power and water. The villa itself comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, queen and king beds, Cable TV, VCR, and a Florida room for dining. Windows in the living room and bedroom cover two thirds of the wall giving the feeling of the outdoors being in. Beautiful glass block shower in good-sized shower. This is a small house, near the water, no high-rise, no canal, and no density of people problem. This is a laid-back atmosphere for those who desire it. The perfect spot in the Keys. Owners are fabulous!
It was a very relaxing week, the grounds are beautiful, Bob and Phyllis are great, letting you know about things you might be interested in, great fishing pier, wish I was still there, and can not wait to go back, do not hesitate to book Keys Villa, it will not disappoint ????????????
We had an amazing time! Bob couldn’t be a better host. He is so accommodating and just the nicest man. We saw so much wildlife off the docks...nurse sharks, dolphins, eels and a manatee. The sunsets were breathtaking! Thank you Bob for sharing your beautiful villa with us.

Loved this place, one of the nicest place we stayed. will be going back next year. Bob is a great host, .also the other people staying at the villas on the property, were great people with this made the stay one of the best vacation we had. Amazing trip...just what the family needed! We had such a great time at this villa.. best part about it...it’s own marina! Nothing like being able to wake up and take your coffee and be able to walk out the door and be on my boat! My son loved that from the moment he woke up till he went to sleep he could just walk out the door and be able to fish! Great find and will be back next year! Great location too! Best spot on the island!
My family and I love to visit Islamorda for the summers. This vacation was by far the best yet. We were able to launch and dock our boat. That was a game changer for us to be able to turn the key and go. We caught Mahi off shore and caught a few lobsters in shore. Saw Hen and Chickens Reef with dolphins, starfish, sea turtles, hammer head sharks, sea horses, puffer fish, parrot fish, and lion fish. Visited all the attractions that the Keys have to offer. The most beautiful sunsets were right there at the bulkhead of this property. The 1 bedroom villa was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The landscaping was immaculate and the other visitors on the property were all so nice. We couldn't have asked for a better time. Thank you guys. We hope to see you again next year.
I enjoyed everything about the stay in the Villa. It is a beautiful place and the view out of the living room at Florida bay is fantastic. The Mitchel’s are really great host. I would give this stay a 100+ on a scale of 1-10.
We are so thankful to Bob for helping make our Keys visit perfect. The location of the villa in Islamorada is amazing, you can walk to numerous shops, bars and restaurants. We loved being able to moor our boat in the marina and enjoyed many peaceful afternoons relaxing and enjoying the bayside views and sunsets from the dock. The villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We can't wait to return.
