The private Master Suite has its own balcony access, a beautiful King bed, glass shower and an oversized jacuzzi tub that offers its own private view of the soothing gulf waters. (Master-King, BR2-King, BR3-2 twins) This 11 acre upscale resort community has only 4 units per floor and offers coded elevators for added privacy and convenience. With 2 newly renovated synthetic grass tennis courts, a heated outdoor hot tub, 3 pools, outdoor grills and a workout facility with state of the art equipment, you may never want to leave the property! But just in case, Perdido Key offers an abundance of recreational activities, including fantastic restaurants, world-class golf courses, water sports and lovely shops and boutiques. Johnson state park is a short walk down the beach or you can drive around the corner to enjoy the pristine wildlife and beach. The Pensacola Naval Air Station is a short 15 minute drive from Perdido Key, and is a great place to take the family! A 10 minute drive West will take you to Orange Beach, which hosts tons of restaurants and shopping, a Rave movie theater, putt-putt golf, and an outdoor amphitheater where some of the biggest names in music perform year-round. Also, watch for the Blue Angels practicing Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the summer! This unit offers comfort, convenience and gorgeous views of the beach, the ocean and surrounding area. - Johnson State Park is within walking distance. Many guests enjoy fishing, swimming, and relaxing on the beach. There is boutique shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The Blue Angels practice during the week. The Navy Base, Naval Aviation Museum and Cubi O'Club Bar is within 15 minutes of the condo. The resort offers beach service with umbrellas and lounge chairs to rent. During high season, the beach service offers paddle board rentals, kayak boat rentals, parasailing, and volleyball. There are two on-site tennis courts, an indoor pool, hot tub, and work out facility.

Our family of 4 stayed for a week & the condo was perfect. Pictures of the condo inside were spot on; layout/floor plan was awesome; stocked with dishes/pots & pans & everything needed including extra towels in hall closet & having a W/D in the unit was a bonus-meant we could pack smaller & do some wash there. Large living room open to beautiful balcony to sit and read or just listen to the waves. Master was huge & where else can you shower while looking at the beach and no one looking at you?! Other 2 bdrms on backside of unit which was perfect for kids; they had a space to retreat to w/ their own tv's, bathrooms & balconies. Decor was gorgeous, all furniture & beds were comfortable; balcony included seating AND eating area with gorgeous views. We liked the keyless entry-great when someone wanted to go back to unit & the rest of us didn't. Gated entrance & coded elevator was nice; kept the complex feeling small & safe. Grocery store literally less than 5 min drive away; lots of restaurants near by. Not only did we see several USCG planes & helicopters fly by, but also got to see The Blue Angels do some fly-bys at different times-quite the site with everyone on their balconies cheering! Four units per floor & we never heard anyone next to, above or below us; nice & quiet. Cassandra was great & provided lots of great information & suggestions in the area. Will most definitely come back & visit again - hopefully longer next time!

This was our fifth year in a row staying at Beach Colony West 14D and we have nothing but great things to say about our experience with both the condo and with Cassandra. Cassandra is super responsive and truly makes sure her guests have a great vacation experience. The condo is absolutely fantastic- from the upgrades throughout, the fully stocked kitchen, and the large and clean bedrooms and bathrooms, everything makes for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The balcony is definitely our favorite spot in the condo- from drinking coffee in the morning and watching the dolphins to enjoying a glass of wine in the evening and watching the sunsets, we truly enjoy our family time out on the large balcony. Thank you, Cassandra, for another great vacation!
Hear property, very well maintained. Right on the beach, kids loved the indoor pool. Lanai was amazing. Will stay there again.
Everything was new and beautifully decorated. They beds were so comfortable I felt like I was in my own. We will definitely be back to Her unit in the future! We never found a place we had to go back to until now! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!!
Great condo and amenities. Close to anything you would want to do but far enough away to not be crowded or congested.
This condo was amazing! Roomy, clean and wonderful beach. We loved our balcony the most! It had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay there again.
Only issue was sometimes having to park 2 buildings away but other than that everything was great
We have rented at Beach Colony about 6-8 time in the last 12 years or so and this is one of the best Beach Colony units we have stayed in. Very clean complete unit. Great weather and no Jellyfish. Only issue was a problem with the digital door lock that gave us a problem in the beginning until we reach the owner to gain access with a key and reset the wifi which operates the lock.
