Phoenix Sunshine Retreat

We had a great time. The pool area is just big enough that the sun keeps it a nice temp. The master bedroom is just gorgeous with the balcony view. The owners were really great to work with. Really enjoyed our stay.

Dave's house was fantastic! The pool was lovely and there was plenty of room for my siblings and our families to spend a wonderful week together. Dave was very responsive and helpful. All the beds were comfortable and we had all the supplies we needed.

We could not have been happier with the choice of this property for our AZ baseball vacation. The pool, the facilities that Dave provided, the quick access to many things around made this a wonderful stay. Yes, it was a little further than we expected than baseball stuff in Scottsdale, but the house made it worth it. More importantly, the owner Dave made the stay more enjoyable by staying in touch and working through couple of issues that came up. I have been in other places where the house was perfect, but the owner left a bad taste, but Dave was far from it. Thanks for helping us with the check-in and pool issues Dave. We appreciate it.

Everything was very simple and straightforward as far as check in, address, lock and and anything else. Property was clean and well taken care of. All of the furniture is comfortable, I only wish there was more outdoor seating and outdoor lighting. The pool is large and the patio area is spacious. My entire family loved it and we didn’t feel crowded because the house is so large.

We stayed here while our house was under remodeling and we were very happy with the house. The owner, Dave, was responsive to texts and lives close by. The house has a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with comfy couches. They have many board games for family entertainment, as well as plenty of DVDs to watch. The back yard has a nice pool for a quick dip to cool off and comfortable lounge chairs to relax in. The master bath has been newly remodeled and is very spacious. Also, the view from the patio off the master bedroom is great - a wonderful desert preserve view with spectacular sunsets. The only small strikes would be that the pool's surface could use some refurbishing, as it is rough in places, the ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom squeaks, and the upstairs bathroom needs towel bars. Other than these small concerns, this house is a great place to stay. Highly recommended.
