Luxurious 1BR Condo.Beach & Park Access.Pools,Tennis,Shopping.

Excellent condo. Only problem was the water sprsystem that hit the front door every morning-found out the first day when the water came in the open door. Other than that great place and great vacation.

This condo was exceptionally clean, nice furniture and the kitchen dishes, pots/pans etc. were excellent quality and well stocked. The king bed is very comfortable with high end bedding. Upgraded cable TV and good wifi. Beautiful sunrises on the screened in patio. Owner addressed any questions immediately. Perfect location on the first floor. It was a pleasure to stay here. I wish I could live here permanently!

The apartment was in very good condition, comfortable and clean. The fact that it was on the first floor of a building overlooking the town park and walking trail was a real plus. You could leave the apartment, drive to a public parking spot and be in your beach chair in 10 minutes. Jupiter Bay is a nice complex. There is a pool within 100 ft of your front door and a larger pool with a hot tub and bar service near the main club house. You can walk to the club house pool but it is convenient to drive as well. While we were in the apartment, the owner Mark needed to make a couple of repairs. He scheduled a time to our convenience and was in and out quickly. It is obvious he takes pride in the condition of the unit. The only complaint I have regarding the apartment building is that by being on the first floor, the sound of footsteps and the plumbing from the units above can be occasionally intrusive. If given a choice, I'll take the convenience of the first floor with the potential for noise above than the hassle of the elevator to the 4th floor for a bit more quiet. While the kitchen was well equipped and we ate there often, the temptation of the many nearby restaurants was too much to resist. We even walked across the street to Maltz Jupiter Theater to enjoy an off Broadway show. Jupiter Bay is conveniently located to all of the best attractions of Jupiter, Juno Beach and Palm Beach Gardens. You will not regret staying in this apartment.

We were actually moved to a 2 bedroom condo on the bottom floor. The screened in porch area was great for outdoor eating and playing cards and dominoes. Right next to the pool of the property which was very nice. 13 minute walk to the beach, but 4 minute drive around the corner, so easy access. Every kitchen utensil needed for cooking was available. We will definitely stay there next year.

We rented this 1 Bedroom Condo for the month of January, 2017. The weather was awesome, the location of the condo was convenient to the beach, park, shopping, theater and restaurants. The Owner Mark could not have been more helpful. He provided nice new pillows, new steak knives, a wine opener and even brought us wine. He came right over to fix the overhead fan light and couldn't have been more helpful. The condo is nicely furnished and very clean. The lanai is nice to have to bring the outdoors in! The flat-screen TV's are great - and it is very convenient to have two as well as 1 1/2 bathrooms. All in all, we had a great stay.

Home was clean and well equipped. Marc was responsive to questions. Good location.

Great one bedroom place to stay, extremely clean. This is the perfect place to stay, it's only minutes from the beach, there's a restaurant on site, the pool is amazing. I highly recommend staying at this place

The property was nicely furnished and clean. It is about a 5-8 minute walk to the beach. It is possible to reach some restaurants by walking, but we took Uber most times.

The place is updated - new kitchen and bathrooms. There is plenty of space for us - a family of 5. There is an enclosed porch that looks out toward the pool - perfect to sit and drink coffee! We really enjoyed our time at this unit - walking to the beach, playing tennis at the nearby courts, sitting by the pool... Jupiter Bay is great and this particular unit is central to everything.
