Magnificent Condo 21 Floor 17375 Collins Ocean Point Beach Club

Beautiful view....two balconies...huge place. Convenient to beach, restaurants, etc. elevators are pretty fast and this property is on top of the beach! Needs a little TLC...paint,decorating....but has everything you need....only 1 beach chair. ... You usually can't use theloungers on beach...unless you pay 12.50 a day. Pool and hottub were great! Spa is closed indefinitely. No concierge on property, but the internet works! Great workout facility. Need car to get around - go to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Mall, Racetracks...great restaurants at Gulfstream. Foutainbleu is a must (25 min drive).

Stay was absolutely amazing.

My family and I lost all track of time here, even though there were clocks placed strategically throughout the home and the resort. The first thing that completely captivates you is THE VIEW! Simply breath taking and the pictures just don't do it justice! The staff was warm and inviting, with a smile across every face. The pool area was great although a little sad that the building itself blocks the sun a littler too early but there is an AMAZING beach right off of the property. The bar prices were relatively inexpensive compared to other places we have stayed at. They have a happy hour for mixed drinks only from 3 to 4 which was a nice little perk. There is a park located right next door for the little ones. Also a great little perk. The valet staff was also very helpful and friendly. They have a nice texting feature that you can text and they will have your car ready for you before you even get down stairs. The owner was very nice and informative although little had to get in touch with. Unfortunately, the tv in the master suite had no cable connection and no wifi connection throughout the home either. Plenty of other things to do though. I wish we could of stayed longer. I'm going to miss that beautiful view of the sunrise. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Outstanding vacation home, would highly recommend for everyone. Clean with an amazing view and the pool is open until 10pm.

Excellent from start to finish Smooth communication with owner throughout Apartment was perfectly located overlooking the beach and with access to the pool etc Would recommend as a vacation destination and would definitely return
