Muskoka Beach House - S/W Exposure on Lake Muskoka

Beautiful and fully equipped cottage!! Everything you want and need for an amazing weekend! Decor was stunning! Best games room ever!

We were 10 mature women with many decades of friendship together who had the most fun weekend reconnecting and laughing until our sides hurt. The cottage certainly made this weekend exceptional because of its beauty and ability to comfortably accommodate a large number of people. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms let everyone have their own space as needed. The kitchen is very well equipt with everything a large group would need. The cottage is spotlessley clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed rain, snow and sunshine during our stay and on our last day sat outside enjoying the sunshine. The Beach House has a lovely waterfront location with more than ample seating. We have no complaints at all - except our time together was way too short. Thank you Cindy for allowing us to stay longer on Sunday to make the most of the beautiful day. We now need to plan our next get together!

We had an excellent stay at the beach house. There was lots of room for a large group. And the house had plenty to do when the weather doesn't pan out.

First let me start with, what an absolutely gorgeous property! The Beach House is amazing and so incredibly accommodating. My now wife and I, stayed at the Beach House and got married at Muskoka Bay Club. The Beach House made our trip more memorable than we could have imagined. We had a group of 12, and there was room for more. The house was beautiful and absolutely stocked with more things in the kitchen than we could have hoped for. All of the kayaks, canoes, paddle board, water pad and slide off the dock kept the kids, and the adults, busy all day! Communication leading up to our stay was a little slow and some messages were missed, but Cindy was amazing throughout the trip and was on the ball if I needed her for anything. Overall, our family had a hard time leaving and would have stayed longer if we could have. The littlest one at 10 years old, left quite the message in the guest book :)

We spent a long weekend at The Beach House, and it was amazing! I agree with all of the great reviews that this property has received so I will try not to repeat anything except that the cottage and décor is stunning! It is big, bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. There are lots of places to lounge, I even loved the little nook under the giant TV! The views from each window are spectacular. We were a group of ten adults celebrating a birthday, ranging in ages of 21-65. We were all equally impressed. I would like to add that we had the pleasure of staying there in the winter. Not only was it gorgeous, but there was plenty for us to do. The snowmobiling was excellent and near all of the marked trails. There was an ice rink and snow shoes as well. Evenings were spent cooking and enjoying good food, wine, cozy fires and games in the game room. I highly recommend a winter stay. Lastly, Cindy was so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The highway was closed due to a major accident on our first night, so we couldn't leave until the next day. Cindy offered us an extra night an no extra charge. Overall a fantastic weekend - do not hesitate to book your next vacation at The Beach House :)

My family and I spent March break at this beautiful, spacious cottage with some of our friends. All 4 of our families slept comfortably in the beautifully decorated bedrooms. This five star cottage is very clean and bright. One of my favourite rooms is the “Muskoka Room”, off of the kitchen. It has a calming atmosphere that makes you relax once you enter. The entire cottage was so cozy and welcoming. Whether you are spending your time inside or outside there is always something to do. We spent our time ice fishing, skating on the lake and snowmobiling during the day. The trails were stunning and easy to access from the cottage. We took the snowmobile around the lake to see all of the magnificent cottages. While we spent our evening outside enjoying some drinks by the fire pit, the kids made use of the rec room where they played pool, basketball and ping pong until they fell asleep. I can’t imagine having this much fun at another location. I look forward to coming back again next year!

Our family (which includes three kids and two grandparents) had a lovely Thanksgiving vacation. Our kids even swam (for all of 30 seconds) in gorgeous Lake Muskoka! This cottage is the utmost in luxurious accommodations. The most comfortable mattresses on earth, every kitchen appliance or utensil you could need, lots of fun games for the kids and young at heart. Many great things to do nearby. Hiking, shopping and dining. Highly recommended!

My friends and I have been to this cottage three times now, and will definitely return. It's a beautiful place, has amazing amenities and is in a great location. Great in the summer and winter, with or without kids. A perfect find!

This review is a long time coming but no less heartfelt all the same. We stayed at Cindy's cottage last Fall. We were two families with eight children in all, ranging from 17 years to five years old. The cottage was just perfect in every way. There was absolutely nothing that could have been done to make our stay more relaxing. There was ample space for everyone. The children played outside, and in the games paradise that is the basement, and then there was lots of comfortable sofa space for us all to gather by the fireside for board games in the evenings. Waking up every morning, looking out at the lake, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. The beds were so comfortable and the decor just a pleasure to look at. Thank you, Cindy, for providing such a delightful, restful experience and for being so easy to deal with. We shall most certainly be back.

We stayed at the Beach House in Fall 2016. We spent a weekend there, and left wishing we had a third night to spend. Absolutely no complaints about the property. The condition of the building and surrounding area is immaculate, and the amenities don't seem to end. The kitchen is fully equipped, there was enough square footage for 13 people comfortably, and the outdoor seating area is picturesque. We wanted for nothing the whole weekend. Thank you to Cindy who was prompt and diligent in her communications. Highly recommend.
